    When I paid my monthly lease payment on February 1, 2024 through your app, I paid the full amount which totaled $1,100.00.95: $1,065.00 + $32 sewer charge + processing fee. Now I get a notice that I owe $60.00 plus 3.95 fee because the rent increase amount of $60.00 wasn’t included in the full amount due on the app on February 1st. Is your app updated now to include the rent increase in the total amount due? Please reply.

    Lousy app. Needs much improvement and needs to be user friendly. I doubt many people want to login and pay my rent for me.

    They won’t fix reported mold and water damage. They won’t fix appliances. Emergency maintenance will not come even if there’s flooding from storm damage. They rent out units that are hazardously dirty. And that’s only in the first 2 months. Hopefully people see this in time so they can look elsewhere.
