Dave guided us on our driving tour of Yellowstone and it was fabulous! We had adults and teens in the car and we all enjoyed learning and seeing things we might have missed otherwise. Highly recommend for any traveling!!

I wanted to re-listen to the app when I’m not driving, but it doesn’t work. You have to individually click on a point on the map for it to play. The app only auto plays when you are driving. Please fix this so you can listen to it both while driving and stationary.

My family and I just took a day long trip through Yellowstone for the first time! This guide was just the perfect thing to give us all the fun info we wanted and help guide us through the park - we wish we had more time! However, even for our day trip, we were able to get a full experience of Yellowstone. We affectionately named our tour guide, Miguel, and it was SO fun to listen to him talk. (If I could connect it to Apple Car play, I’d be pushing for 6-stars!) Highly recommend- and I will be using it again!

Just wow. This was an amazing addition to our Yellowstone/Grand Tetons trip. The kids called our guide “Geyser Greg,” and we are grateful he was guiding us along! We learned so much from the information, but it felt like you were listening to a fun friend along the way. Definitely worth every penny!

I have bought a couple of bundles and this is the best travel app ever great for kids and adults! Would love to see an ozarks map next :)

Outstanding. Don’t go anywhere on Maui without it

My wife, daughter and I just returned from a trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. I debated between purchasing a guided tour or using the GuideAlong app. I’m so happy I choose the app! The narrator spoke to us about the history of the parks, where to spend extra time, what areas to skip, and more. It knew exactly where we were throughout the entire trip. I can’t say enough good things! I’ll definitely use again where visiting other areas in the US!

I’ve been a user of GuideAlong for a few years, and have found it a wonderful experience that continues to get better as the app is continually upgraded and expanded. It is extremely well supported by the developer. I just returned from another road trip, this time encompassing South Dakota’s “Badlands” and “Black Hills” (including Mount Rushmore), Wyoming’s “Grand Teton Nat’l Park” and “Yellowstone Nat’l Park”. What a delightful guidance tool this is! So accurate and convenient, as well as extremely helpful and even amusing! What a treasure this app has become. I really can’t recommend this more to anyone taking a road trip! Don’t hesitate, just download it! You wont regret it.

We bought the Yellowstone tour and enjoyed it more than expected. We enjoyed the humor along with the historical context provided through the app. Honestly, the basically turn-by-turn navigation was awesome and provided peace of mind. Especially since we probably had cell service for less than 10% of our time in the park. A few ideas for the developers: 1. It would be great to have the app remember which audio segments have been played. We covered some areas multiple times from different directions and heard the same audio multiple times. Which is not all bad but it would be awesome to have secondary audio prompts for points of interest encountered multiple times. 2. It would also be really cool if the user could provide feedback or a rating of stops. Sharing that crowd feedback might help convince people on whether something is worth a stop. (Example audio: “…One more thing to note about this stop at ____. Last year, 96% of our clients that rated this stop considered it a highlight of their trip.”) 3. Personalization could further deepen the experience. We preferred wildlife and water focused stops over geothermal ones. Having the app learn that or allowing more user input to personalize the tour could add a cool touch. Overall, we definitely felt the Yellowstone tour was worth the purchase and would recommend!
