Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.     I sent them 4 messages to cancel my account they still haven’t done it. They were advised not to renew it and they did it anyway. I would be careful with them having your information

    I like Sorry LOVE this program. It keeps me mindful of what I have to do and helps me get there. The walking programs are gradually getting longer and a bit more intense which I like also. Unfortunately had to take a few days off because of Covid but going to start back today.

    All the ads say 7 minute workout and shows someone indoors doing low impact exercises. Every day my daily challenge was to walk outdoors for 20 to 25 minutes. I have had three hip replacements! I also emailed the company over a week ago to ask for a different workout plan and no response. This app is a joke. Save your money!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. While the content of the app is in generally okay (but let’s get real - it’s mostly some gentle warm ups and then reminding you to walk the requisite steps on your own to attain fitness). The larger problem is the auto renewal without any warning to opt out. Additionally it conveniently does not show up in your subscriptions, making it tricky to find… and cancelling requires a call or going to their website unlike most subscriptions on the iPhone. I emailed requesting a refund after I was surprised by my auto renewal receipt; but ‘shockingly’ was denied 🙄I asked a second time and simply received another patronizing response. Another way to know they’re just after your money is that my 90 day renewal was $59.13!!!!! Currently you can get 12months for $30. Go outside and enjoy a walk- for FREE.

    So i joined yesterday and i cancelled yesterday… it’s within 30 days…no i can be refunded, please don’t join , this is what Nicole from Walk fit support said, if i could give a zero, I would. My bank is aware of this scam. “Dear Rocio, I do understand that you might feel disappointed and frustrated, however, by pressing the 'Start now' button on our website and, therefore, proceeding with purchasing the program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund Policy, which states that: By using the Service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device (collectively the “Device”), you as a user of the Service confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and any other applicable law. We do have a money-back guarantee, but it's regulated by the following conditions: You have experienced technical issues with your Purchase and, as a result, your use of the Purchase is rendered impossible. or If you did not get visible results after following the Content recommendations and met all of the following conditions: you contact us within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the Purchase date; and you have followed our personalised workout plan for at least 14 (fourteen) consecutive days; and you are able to demonstrate that you have actually followed the plan by providing us with a screen video or screenshots of your workout plan history, which you have personally passed.     Never set this up and have a charge from 4/19/24 for $38.95 I did install and will pay the $6.93 but want to cancel.i am not comfortable w all that info on my phone. Tried to find a phone number and couldn’t even w Apples help. Please cancel Elaine Ottiniano

    This app is absolute garbage! I saw the positive reviews and thought I would give it a try - I used my free trial and decided it wasn’t the app for me - it was set to default billing, but was supposedly going to send me an email prior to my card being charged again. I cancelled my subscription before my free trial was over. Fast forward a few weeks and I see a charge for a three month subscription on my account. I was completely floored as I believed my account to have been deactivated. I received no message saying I was going to be charged so this was a complete blindside. I contact their service team rightly upset and I keep getting corporate baloney saying they “understand my frustration” and “want to offer me a free service” - I declined several times saying I want my money back just for them to tell me according to their policy that is not possible - their “policy” also promised I’d be notified if I was going to receive any charge which I was not and should never have been since I cancelled my service. I’m so beyond upset and frustrated with this garbage and blown away that a company would withhold money that should never have been theirs and stand by a non-applicable policy.

    I purchased a 3-month promo initially and was hopeful. However, life was crazy and I didn’t really use it much. I went into the app to cancel about two weeks before the end of my subscription. The app said I could keep using it and set a reminder 3 days before renewal charges. I never received that reminder. They attempted to charge my card the day before my subscription ended. Thankfully, my card declined it. I went back into the app and completed the cancellation process and got a confirmation of cancellation across the top of my screen. No such luck. They tried to charge me again the next day. Again, I went in and completed the cancellation. I really hope they don’t continue trying to charge my card!!!

    For the first 2 or 3 weeks it was OK. Then the app just increased all the goals and I would have to be walking like 3 hours a day to meet the goals. Lost all my motivation, unsubscribed and deleted the app.
