  • Can’t add vehicle’s VIN

    When I put my vehicles VIN number into the box it tells me that it doesn’t match the model I selected. It doesn’t give the option to add a vehicle by its VIN, or override what I had to pick from EBay’s drop down menu.

    Trying to get help for a delivery that e-bay says can’t be tracked. Pulls me away from the app when I try to get help then asks me for my info that I’ve already entered even though I’m already signed in. I want my money back.

    My phone has old software and now the app won’t load. It says I need to update. Ok. I got rid of the app and did a reload. The app said I needed an old version of the software. Ok. So I download the old version from the App Store, try to boot, and it tells me I need to update. But, my software version is too old. It’s an endless loop. Forget it. I’m done. The legacy app is dead.

    When trying to search for a car, the location filter never works. I will put in my zip code and limit the search distance and it will continue to show me listings on the other side of the country. Will never use this app again.

    No longerWorks on iOS 15, but regular eBay app still does. Doesn’t have anything that the normal eBay app doesn’t have. All this was is a fancy way to display the car section in eBay.

    I have been with eBay since 2007 with a 100 percent rating.. now eBay will not let me sign in. What gives? I have bought hundreds of items on eBay.. I am very dissapointed. Bikeold

    My shipments would never come in and every time I’ve tried to track my purchases the app would tell me that I’ve never ordered anything when I literally just placed an order, I will never be using this app again.
