Has 25 different labels and prices for subscriptions. All with VERY SIMILAR names. Accidently hit the very high priced one. Next day caught mistake. They wouldnt adjust or refund. Horrible and sneaky

Downloading the app, it’s intuitive, simple, and the UI is designed well. After you get set up, you get hit with your FIRST paywall. $10/month billed yearly ($119). That seemed steep, but whatever I’ll try the 3 day trial. Get my account set up & go to make my first ai video, that they advertised on Facebook as “free”. Oh look, another pay wall. From the “Pro” version which should really be the “basic” to the “max” version that includes all the fun stuff they advertised. Except this one is $169 a year. Deleted, cancelled subscription, and will forever view this company as a bad one.

It’s absurd how they lure you into this app and cost trap. No free material at all. Then you are asked for a monthly or yearly subscription (yearly approx 120 USD) just to realise almost nothing comes with this subscription you need to upgrade to use a lot of functionality which was not declared at all. This should be stopped and taken off the App Store.

They steal money even if you click on the trial period, they will take the entire annual period from your card! Disgusting!

I clicked access free trial on this app cause I wasn’t sure it’s what I wanted. Sure enough it was definitely not what I needed. In the mean time $119 was immediately taken from my account with in minutes of signing up. This company is fraudulent. Beware of this company. Apple should have done something about this sooner.

I encountered bugs in the app where I couldn’t publish a reel. It would only publish as a story. I couldn’t get support to comprehend basic English let alone provide a solution. I’m canceling my subscription!!!

False advertising waist of $15 it does no better than I can do in canvas in 5 mins for free…

I give this app five star review for their regular story maker. I have not used their AI because I have not purchased the more expensive version.

Paid $132 to use the AI video tool & was told to upgrade again for the AI pro to use it. Then couldn’t even get a refund!! SCAM APP
