This app has yet to give me work. Been waiting for a few months now. It’s a shame this app is wasting my time as well as space on my phone. I even used different zip codes to ensure I would eventually get something. Why am I still waiting? I give no stars. But to submit I had to use a star. I give no stars for real. All I wanted to do was work to pay my bills. Yet the app and Amazon will not give me a chance. Smh

Every update you do would be to correct the errors and the app doesn't work well, instant order notification arrives and when I open the app the order doesn't appear to me, even closing and opening again
Too many Fake Accounts and Bots

I like working for Amazon Flex, but the fake accounts and the bots take all the good blocks offered, it’s almost impossible to get a block with a good amount due to this scam accounts. There’s people with 2, 3 and even 4 scam accounts, and sometimes they take multiple blocks at the same time. Everybody (supervisors and employees) sees people taking multiple blocks at the same time and scanning their cellphones with a bar code from somebody else’s driver’s license and nobody does anything about it. It’s sad, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, maybe having somebody scanning the drivers driver’s license it would help, because those with fake accounts don’t have a real driver’s license for the account. Thank you for the attention on this matter. It would help a lot those with a genuine Amazon flex account. Thank you

Too many drivers using devices to secure shifts from others, there are devices that can mimic screen tapping motion. In regards to safety & sensitive information, too many drivers inflate their standing by having their partner or child drive or deliver packages for them.
Got my account deactivated for no reason

I got my account deactivated for no reason. The people at the station always get the package is messed up so everything still falls on you
