    Not only amazon is trash enough to lowball common drivers, if you ever need help you better call a therapist. Their call center is but a mock center for drivers, you call, they disrespect you and tell how the company would like to fk you in different ways. Every time i get a good standing and they start to pay 5$ more in the delivery they make you miss blocks by adding glitches to the app that never happen when you getting low balled

    I stop doing Amazon Flex about a year ago. I went to a station for a 2hr block & received 45pckgs which I knew couldn’t have been right. I then called driver support which on their end only showed for me to have 12pckgs.

    The app is okay, layout is very basic and half of the time it doesn’t load or work correctly. I completed all of my onboarding requirements and passed the certification. Unfortunately, the app did not give me the option to view or download the certificate, so I could not start work at all in the 30 day time frame. I contacted support 3 times and explained the app issues keeping me from working. They could not help. Lost an opportunity I was on the wait list for that I needed, due to app issues and support not getting back to me as well as not having any solutions.

    It would be helpful when needing assistance you could actually speak to a live representative. Chatting and email doesn’t help resolve all issues and concerns. I haven’t been paid because of old banking formation and have been at a stand still. Was informed of two different resolutions via chat and still haven’t received my funds. Very frustrating!!

    Freezes constantly, takes forever to load login screen and when it does load log in and frozen on a grey screen. Sent repeated requests for otp and email is never sent. States account already exists for email but when logging in with that email states no account for that email. The credentialing system on the backend seems to be completely broken garbage. I could write a whole separate review on the actual app functionality l, but the short version is that Bezos Nav is terrible even after several years, and the actual screen based approach of the app itself is pretty much the worst possible way to code something like this, constantly freezing on various functional screens for a variety of reasons known and unknown. Note to DEVS: if you are interested I have an enhancement suggestion list (including guesstimate agile loes and impact assessments) I’d be happy to share. Bottom line is that any logistics operation is all about efficiency, which equals money, and there are tremendous opportunities for improvement in that area with this app, some of which seem like they’d be relatively easy and cheap to implement. Amazon is wasting incalculable amounts of money with the process and application inefficiencies, and I’d love to help!

    This app does not do anything about drivers use the bots, Amazon flex program lets a lot of drivers the use of this incorrect practice, it never ends !!! I think Amazon should block all the drivers are using this kind of system for getting blocks but it does not happen

    Hi, At times we are waiting on our route to be prepared once at the warehouse. We have to keep looking at our phones to see when the route is available. We need it to notify us once the route has been assigned. This would be very helpful. Thank you!
