I am paying for this and it has even recognized some of my common plants like sage, basil, oregano and thyme. What am I paying for? Definitely will be requesting a refund.

I had this app a few years ago and quit using it because it wasn’t very accurate. I upgraded today and used it to “identify” plants that I already knew what they were to check if the newest updates would give better results. It mis-identified 4/5 and couldn’t identify 3 others at all. These are all common garden plants including a tomato plant! I want to cancel this app and the “upgrade” that I paid for and used all of about 30 minutes. How do I get it canceled and a refund?

I used to like this app even though there were a few plants that it could never find but it works 90% of the time. But as of recently they added a “premium” service and you need it now to look at plant care instructions. It’s saddening to see these developers ruin their apps with ads, premiums and subscriptions. I never expected a plant app to need a subscription or expected anyone to need that. You can literally google instructions for FREE. So now i just maybe find the plant on the app then go to google because I’m not paying premium.

Only rational explanation for people liking this app is that they get addicted to posting on it. Identifying feature is really poor.

This is the best app for agriculture and fun. I love it so much and saw it over like three hours ago and I am already having the best time.
