I just signed up today and the videos do not play and freeze constantly if they do I feel like I spending more time trying to play the video then learn

I have done the entire program passed all endorsement tests, exams, etc and have completed step by step(nothing left in to do list) and it is not displaying my certificate or that I have completed program. There is nothing else left to do, and I am wondering where my certificate is? I put in the work, and passed the program.

I purchased the premium subscription to sync my test progress across my devices. However, the progress does not match between them. I emailed support multiple times asking for assistance, but I never received a response. Terrible communication.
