    I have always struggled to figure out what exercises should I do and when, Katie takes the guesswork out. It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Also it's wonderful that I'm getting in a good work out in a short amount of time, you literally don't have to spend tons of time at the gym. You do feel empowered after each workout! I'm updating my review because although I love this app and the workouts, it is very glitchy. Sometimes you log your work out and you go the next day and see that it wasn't recorded. Or sometimes it screws up what week you are in especially if there are challenges. I found it has a lot more glitches lately. Would be amazing to also access this on a desktop.

    I have been using the move app for over a year now, and I started back to working out consistently at the start of the year. Since then I have had trouble with it accurately logging my workouts. I logged 38 workouts from the start of the year, but the app would only show a streak of 8 days. I was doing all the challenges so it was very frustrating seeing my work not being reflected. I contacted their support email to let them know, and they suggested I update, remove the app and redownload, which I did. I let them know that it didn’t fix the issue, and I was brushed off as if it wasn’t important. I just downloaded their new update, and if those issues are fixed I will come back and edit this review. Love the workouts and the plans, but the app is less impressive and needs some work.

    UPDATE: Thank you for following through and updating the app. Happy to report the videos work like normal again! ☺️ As another reviewer said, the videos won’t go to full screen when I turn my phone horizontal. It’s unfortunate because I LOVE LSF but it’s hard to see the videos so small on my phone. I hope it gets fixed soon! I wish I could have the app on my laptop for a bigger viewing.

    App DEFINITELY needs a good update. Some of the thumbnails and titles for videos don’t match to what they are. I’ll get a completely different video. Other than that . I highly recommend this app and subscription if you don’t know where to start on your fitness journey.
  • Workouts great - app needs help

    For whatever reason, when I turn my iPhone to the side it doesn’t make the images/videos fit horizontally. It just bounces back to vertical. So I’m always left with a tiny image. I also tried it on my iPad and it’s not optimized for my iPad like every other workout app I’ve used before. For those, it fills the whole iPad screen. This app stays phone size small and makes it not even worth using my iPad for it. I also wish the videos were searchable by name, time, equipment, etc like some other apps. The content is GREAT. I love how I feel with these workouts and Katie is so magnetic. I just wish the tech would follow the quality of the content. Or if developers could tell me if I need to change settings or anything…

    I love this app and was consistent with it years ago but it was super glitchy. I was hoping it changed with update, but unfortunately I can’t even get it to load. Have tried to trouble shoot, deleting and downloading the app multiple times, using wifi and not. Doesn’t matter. Won’t load. I hope this can be fixed bc it’s a great app when it works.

    I have updated, restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded this app, but it won't load on a regular basis ever since it's updated. I love this app when it works but it's so hard to stay consistent in working out when the app won't load :(

    Ok, couple of things. I’ve been a part of LSF for 2 years now. The workouts and meal plans have given me great results, however this might not be the best for someone who’s unable to workout 6 days a week. The app update is ok- lots of Glitches and loads slow. The water intake tracker is confusing. Daily 10 is not listed as completed when you do it, which can feel defeating on days when that’s all you can do due to time or how you’re feeling. Personally, my frustration with everything comes from struggling with my own chronic inflammation issues, making it very difficult to work out as much as suggested. I’m also bored because new workouts are rarely added. When the expectation to workout 6 days a week is unattainable, then the program, again, feels defeating. I’m not sure if I’ll pay for the subscription again. Just some things to consider with this app.
