    It used to work great. Now they took away Face ID and it no longer works with iOS password manager. I have limited hand use and this update has basically destroyed my ability to use is. Why did they have to try and fix something wasn’t broken?

    The pharmacy/staff are wonderful, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. rXs don’t always show up, and they no longer show as in process so you have to wait and hope they get filled. No more FaceId, having to input a pin every time is a step back, not forward.

    The recent update has disrupted the ease of use. No Face ID?? Inability to stay logged in? Having to retype (long) email address and password every time despite having entered a passcode that is supposed to make it easier? Worse still, is the inaccuracy of it all. I personally spoke to pharmacist and know my Rx is in progress. Yet the app hasn’t update the status so I can’t tell when it’s ready for pickup. Not a good update to a previously helpful, very convenient app. Do better S&S!!!

    When I log in now I am presented with a notice that instructs me to confirm or update my email address, but when I attempt to do that, and after waiting a minute for the spinning wheel, I am shown the long code of an error message stating that it has failed. I now can’t access anything to do with my prescriptions. Why is this so complicated? Why did you have to go and break the app? Don’t you test anything before running out an update? Let me log in!
