    The only positive thing I can say about United masters is that there user interface on the mobile app is pretty nice compared to other distributors and that actually getting your music onto streaming platforms seem relatively straight forward, that’s it though. I was uploading instrumentals onto Spotify as well as some other big names and Spotify supposedly said I was getting fake streams when I can 100% guarantee that I wasn’t and I got that sorted out through Spotify and got access back to being able to start uploading music on Spotify again and I told united masters that too over email to try and get it resolved on their ends of things and I think I maybe got one email from a actual person and that was it. The rest was just automated emails. There customer support is such b.s and they really need to step up there game with it and in the other reviews they responded with “please check your email with further instructions for etc…” that’s probably most likely a bot too. When it comes to uploading and putting out your art online and possibly making a huge difference on your life, you are gonna want to a company that messages you person to person, not from a bot. And one other thing is there payment system is wack to. I have some money left to claim before my account got taken down for “fake streams” but there policy is you need $50 minimum to withdraw it unless your a select member and then you’d have to pay $60 for a one time fee to claim the money, which for me is less then $50. It’s beyond stupid.

    they cut my 1 year subscription 2 months after i bought it and i haven’t gotten paid from what i released in 2023. and they didn't answer back when i emailed them

    I tried taking a song down but it’s still out on all platforms but on distrokid it says it’s taken down when it’s really not taken down. Can yall do something about that?

    I bought the select subscription, which means I get 100% of what I make, my song got me 101 dollars and 45 cents. Then I cashed out and it says I only got 74.22??? Thas 25 percent they took for no reason. Horrible app, never should’ve used it.
