  • Was great, now awful

I have used this app for many of my jobs for years. This is my backup to my time keeping for travel nursing and legal nurse consulting. It WAS amazing. Until the recent updates. Now, it doesn’t track accurately, it won’t run the reports the way it used to. It is no longer user friendly. It was worth the money for pro, but now it’s a wasted expense. This used to be my go to app for all of my clients. Now, I only have it in hopes they will fix it. That has not happened and I am extremely dissatisfied. Time to try its competitors who are more user friendly and affordable.

Have had zero problems. Allows break times and export formats. Update: I’m using it daily and received a developer response that was encouraging - so they are very involved in this app still. I also found out you can export and view hours for ranges which is really cool. I want to make this my GoTo permanently for consulting. One thing that would be cool is less a demand but a nice to have would be the ability to easily select week to week date ranges starting on the standard Sunday as beginning of the week and ability to select one or two weeks at a time, for instance.
  • Great free features

This app does not lock away crucial features to a subscription. You are saints for that, and if anything ever changes I will boycott your app.

I wish the first screen had a START and STOP Easy, quick. Otherwise, the best I’ve found.

Tracking hours is a wonderful tool for people who work multiple jobs or who want to know how many hours they work over a period of time or on specific projects. I work PRN so it’s nice to know exactly how many hours I’ve clocked and exactly how much I’ll be paid during different pay periods on multiple jobs. I did pay for the premium service. There are some glitches I’ve run into. On the reports page when I use the right arrow to select a Date Range from :today, 7 days, this month, last month or custom range. It has NOT worked flawlessly like I’d expect it to. Actually it never works for me. I seem to always have to select custom range and enter a custom range to see what I’m looking for in the report.. even then it may not work as it should in the first attempt. For this reason I give 3.5/5⭐️people are pouring a lot of money into the premium for these features and the features should work automatically as advertised all of the time. I like the reports page. Specifically for me it gives me an at a glance at what jobs are really working for me. Then I can decide it it’s something I want to continue with based on hours worked and salary paid. *update* the report section still not working accurately. Also, with the new update I seemed to be locked out of my account? Now I’m being asked to log-in, but because I didn’t have to before, if I create a “new” account it wants to charge me again $49.99! (My subscription is still active through August so I obviously don’t want to double pay).. and since I don’t have access to my account it’s making it difficult to track my hours rn.. I hope all my previous data isn’t lost as well. I’ve reached out to customer support & I’m still awaiting tech response.
