Potentially a great way to get back on track

This app use to have very interesting paintings that aligned with topic of information and now they’ve taken that way and just put all information in one area with this new skye feature that’s not really useful. App had a lot of potential but seems to be going backwards…

The app routinely returns wrong information about one’s birth chart. At one point, I even provided support screenshots of the wrong information. I was told that it wasn’t wrong, that I must be using the wrong house system, and not to worry because astrology is confusing with “many layers”. As an Aries rising, I’d have to be a complete idiot to get my houses wrong, especially as I prefer Whole House, as the app utilizes. I really liked some features of the app, but what’s the point when it’s so frequently wrong.

The AI feature of explaining my readings feels bad to interact with. The language it uses is frequently upsetting and feels like a lecture. The way the AI responds is upsetting and feels bad. They try to give it this stupid girlboss personality because they think that’ll appeal to women. No, we don’t want to be talked down to with emojis thrown in while trying to learn more about mysticism. The readings are frequently incorrect. Ai cannot be programmed to do accurate tarot, evidently. The horoscopes give bad advice too. If I ask about someone who’s chart information I put in, the AI starts reciting my own chart information. Why did I ever pay for this? Poorly programmed, overpriced, dog water quality app. It crashes all the time! I really recommend not using it if you want to have a better understanding of astrology and tarot. I regret spending any money on this. Its a scam through and through.

I really loved using the app when I could get the diamonds every ten minutes to know more info with the Tarrot cards, asking more questions, and everything. I don’t know what happened to that, but… other than that, this app is really accurate to me myself personally. Just pleaseee add the 10 minute wait for the diamonds back.

The only thing free is putting your information. The rest of it is costing money.

They give you your sun, moon, and rising for free with a quote…. And then it costs about 10$ for them to tell you your big 6…… which is super easy information to look up. Even worse when i click the clarification button regarding more in depth about my chart they would get something wrong every time I asked…. and I asked them four times about my house placements and where I’m dominant and they kept telling me I was a Pisces Venus & a Scorpio Pluto with cancer in the ninth house……all of that is incorrect………..why would I pay for a service that doesn’t even understand my chart??? Isn’t that the entire point of the app???? I am demanding a refund because the app did not give me any useful information AT ALL. I can’t believe I wasted $10.

It’s a cute app. I don’t care for horoscopes or astrology so much but it’s fun to do and a cool icebreaker. It’s honestly good for introspection. I used to like it when you were able to ask as many questions as you like. I canceled my subscription a few months ago just because I wasn’t using it so much, but decided to try it again because it is fun. However the fact that they started doing this gem thing, where you get 30 gems a month, and each gem you get a 5 minute conversation, makes it really really awful. I get that this technology is expensive, but they have to do something else. Maybe have 1 gem = x number of questions. There is a timer that starts running and it makes you feel rushed and not able to sit with the answers it gives. 100% ruins the experience and I will have to unsubscribe again.

Love this app! But finding the Ask Anything feature has been inaccurate lately. It will give me results to questions based on incorrect placements in my chart. Ex- Will say: “Due to Mercury in Pisces” when mercury is in Aries. Or “Moon in Taurus” when Moon is in Aries. Etc.

i used a free trail and the next day they took money out of my account ($5.31)! even though i canceled it so i wouldn't be charged. do not use.
