I’ve had the app for at least 5 years and it has been working fine until now; I’m getting all kind of errors when trying to edit and it’s getting on my nerves!

It keeps asking me to login to my iCloud but when I do nothing changes and I can’t renew my subscription cause it won’t let me get passed that step Cc

Changing My Review from one Star to Five Stars. I was a little bit upset and frustrated using Lensa and not being able to ad iTunes music to my videos. Finally the problem is fixed and I am back to be a happy camper. Now I love this application again. Thank you Lensa.

Used the "unlimited" plan for quite some time and edit bulk pictures monthly without issues until recently. Now there's a daily limit to retouching software, which is not conducive to what I use this software for. Also, Lensa generally isn't very batch editing friendly....it takes hours to go through photos individually and saved presets only work part of the time. Not happy with how things have changed recently with the program, and may need to consider going with another app to meet my editing needs. Why am I paying for the service if there's going to be a very low limit count? I wasn't even 10 pictures in when I got the notification that I've reached my limit.

The photos I edited wouldn’t stay in my phone gallery even with enough storage, they just vanish within a few mins

Every time I select auto adjust on video it has crashed 100% of the time.

August 6, 2024 For the last week or so this app has not been working well. I’m not sure if it’s because of all of the updates and changes. It’s running very slow, it takes forever to upload one picture to edit, I used to be able to upload 100 photos within a minute or so. It takes forever to just bring up photos in your camera, it takes forever to bring up albums in your camera roll. When editing it takes forever to show the edit, if ever. I’ve deleted the app and brought it back up. I’ve turned my phone on and off with no luck. It’s still (as of today) running very slow, to the point I’m not able to use this app that I pay for. HELP! I love Lensa! That’s why I still rated it 5 stars. 9/22/2024 Update! Still cannot use this app like in the past! Can barely edit one photo before it freezes! I have to leave the app & come back much later. I don’t know if all the updates & upgrades is crashing the app but something ain’t right. Next step cancel! Welp! I’ve sent multiple emails to support with no reply! No longer can even import a pic to edit! 🤦🏾‍♀️ This amazing app has turned into the WORST APP with no Customer Service! Sounds like they’re going through some growing pains!!! Bye!!!! 2/1/2025 So I cancelled & deleted Lensa. I was paying 4.99 a month. I sent a few support request with no success. Still can’t edit more than 2 photos, then it just keeps timing. So I close the app & come back later & the same thing. So in January 2025 I decided to see if I paid more (19.99 monthly) would it allow me to edit like before, multiple pics at a time. NOPE! Same thing! So when my subscription renews 2/17/2025 I’ll be cancelling for good. I guess it was good while it lasted. Update: 5-27-2025 Soooooo, I’m tired of trying, asking, begging! I’m done. I pay 19.99 a MONTH to be able to edit 2 photos! I’ve sent multiple support emails through the app with no success. I really just think you guys don’t know how to fix the problem.
