There was a new update recently done to the app and now I cannot refresh cases in bulk, I remember I use to refresh all my cases at the same time and it will get sync and now that is no longer a functionality. Other than that it does work great for tracking cases , I love the EOIR update too but ever since they did it the refreshing thing stopped working.
