Plan on spending money if you plan on getting anywhere on this game. This free bs is a joke. Their customer service is scripted answers. I scrapped a ship because I was shown I’d get X amount of resources. Once you scrap it it’s gone. Didn’t get it what I was shown I would get. They claim it was a visual error but rest assured I got the resources I should have. But won’t give me ship back. They don’t test their upgrades. Always errors usually resulting in many restarts.

This game is for the rich and if u don’t spend, u get no where. Trying to get things in game takes forever. Which forces u to pay again. It’s this new wave of gaming that makes me sick. It’s is no longer about the game, it is more about “profit”. For new players u will be overpowered by the rich players which makes that climb to the top hard.

  • Great story but bugs and cs are a nightmare

The only thing keeping this company in business is a good story with familiar characters. The game is unstable and riddled with bugs. If you have an issue customer service is slow to respond and their system closes your ticket in 7 days, resolved or not. Is the story worth the nightmare? Only you can decide.... but save your money until they have a working product

Scopely made a decently fun game, although with their scalping prices of packages in the game, anyone would be hard pressed to call them micro transactions. It begins as “benign” packs priced between $5 and $20. However, once you start gaining levels and get into the bigger ships, the price of the packs jump to $50-100. In other mobile games, those packs will actually give you something for the price. Scopely’s officer packs ($100) may not even give you an unlocked officer, just a bunch of shards that you must sit on and collect to unlock a random officer at a later time, unless you dump more money into packs for another pull of the slot machine. The ships require 100 blueprints to build. The packs to get ship blueprints are $100 for higher levels, but they only give you 10 blueprints at a time, trying to hide the scam behind the fact that they give you random materials and some latinum to go along with the insult of wasted money. Trust me when I say that the players are wondering whether Scopely is trying to compete with EA for worst company ever.

It is the typical phone game, gather resources build your city attack people. What I like most about this is there is a story and the quest are different. I fear that it will be like every other game that you play where you can only get so far before you have to start shelling out money for boosts so that it doesn’t take you a month to build something.
  • It’s pay to play.

I like the game it can be fun and enjoyable. The headache come from Scopely greed. There booster packs are highly over priced and very one shot use. The mission writers are useless. And most missions are a waste of time that are not part of the story line. Like I said it can be fun to play but don’t think your going to start and be flying the Enterprise in a few weeks.
  • Love game, glitchy update

Tons of incorrect battle banners popping up constantly. Wrong ships or battles from days ago. I can’t scan bubbled bases now but other players can. Targeting is harder.
  • Glitches

For the money laid out for packs and event item and to have the event so glitchy you can’t even complete the event. What I could get done of the current event I was only credited for a small fraction of what I did win. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Scopoly has to know about the problems yet they have done nothing and said nothing
