after upgrading structures, scene cuts to upgrade results but only pauses with game audio still playing game background music. Also this tends to happen during loading of mission screen changes. my device is apple 8 i have enough memory space and storage space and network is great i dont get the game "slow network" yellow indicator that prompts the wifi signal icon. so if this can be resolved i would much appreciate it. i really do like this game and hope to continue playing it.
  • LOTS of stuff to do…!

… but sometimes the way to do some of it is not really well-explained or obvious. Still, the game is simply loaded with characters, missions and a good amount of free stuff. Hopefully as I learn more I’ll figure out things that are puzzling me right now.
  • Great game but be very, very careful about paying for anything.

Lots of fun I would recommend, but watch what you pay for, because of the hiccups in the game I don’t think the purchases all go through. I’m still waiting on one. I will give it time. But I’m not going to hold my breath. They do like to make a lot of updates, but do a poor job of checking the whole thing out. Beta testers are what you need.
  • App doesn’t work

You don’t get any of the rewards for completing objectives. The app says it gives it to you, but everything stays at zero. It’s broken. I wish it wasn’t.

  • Consuming

This game is very consuming. It’s the first thing I check when I wake up and the last thing I check before I go to bed.. I check it at a dinner party, whilst jogging, etc.. it’s always in my thoughts… and whilst I’d I’m pretty good at it (top of leaderboards and low to spend) I’d say its basically all I think about and I’m guessing that’s not healthy.
  • Completely UNFAIR

After the last “emergency update “ to attempt to fix numerous problems many accounts were reset to the beginning level, mine being one, however scopely , in all their wisdom, REFUSED TO compensate me because I am on a US server, they did compensate the players on European servers, this is completely unfair and borderline discrimination in my opinion. Come on scopely , do the right thing here. Btw- I did reach out to customer service numerous times without response

Can’t just play as All features are not free to play and require spending literally hundreds of dollar each and every month JUST to keep up with all the monthly changes and challenges.. support is almost nonexistent with layers of hassles just to report any issue vs any real in game live support
  • Turned out to be fun

Initially I didn’t care for the game as it was centered around JJ Trek. But have since become quite fond of it. Pros- Community, I thoroughly enjoy the interaction with other players. Of course there are bad apples, but for the most part I’ve met a ton of decent folk. Choice of gameplay style, if you are not into PvP you don’t have to be. You have the option to advance in the game without being an aggressive PvP style. Cost, if you are patient you don’t have to spend a ton of money. Many of the ships and officers that are for sale in the store become available in the in game events. Takes much longer, yes. But still doable. Cons- Not enough lower cost packages in the store. Most are $100 Not enough protections from abusive players. There should be some level restrictions on who can attack other players. Not sportsmanlike at all at provided an environment for bullies. No protections against abusive alliances. It should not be possible for a large and powerful alliance to put a “kill on sight” tag on a lesser alliance that has no defense against them. Such alliances become bullies and pretty much make the game impossible to play.
