The game allows other players to steal your purchased materials with no protection. This whole game setup is to take your money and time. Don’t waste either and find a different game to play. I contacted their support and asked for a refund and they told me that they could not refund consumed items. They created the conditions that prevented me from using the purchased materials and created the conditions where my purchased items could be stolen then said they could not give a refund because of the conditions they created. Unbelievable. Buyer/player be warned this company is pushing bad gameplay and bargaining in bad faith because they did not disclose that your property purchased could be taken from you by other players. Boldly go to another game!
  • Bugs magically occur that require money to get past

Any boost you are buying to reduce the resource cost of items does not actually work. When you open a bug report with screenshots, they cannot find a fix ever. Walks like a scam, quacks like a scam, it is a scam. Stay away!
  • More bugs than an insect farm, And mindnumbingly dull.

I am a big Star Trek fan - though prefer the less violent, more cerebral stories of early series (TOS and TNG), it it’s all moot, since this game (and I use the term very loosely in this case) really is a Star Trek game in name and graphics only. The dialogue is on par with that of an elementary school student that has been held back to first grade for 14 years. But, here is the real deal with the... The sole gameplay is tapping on-screen buttons, and waiting for minutes before you can tap the next one. It’s pathetically lame, and utterly uninspired. The developers are likely doing nothing more than editing resource and setting files, and leaving 5e real work to some artists, of which there were evidently a grand total of maybe one, as the characters are repeated over and over, and over... But, all that is moot... if you can put up with the game crashing within several minutes of opening, and having more onscreen glitches than the Matrix during a solar storm.
  • Avoid this broken game

For a game with such promise, it’s frustrating and broken. You need to mine nodes all the time, continually mining. But it’s PVP AND HALF THE MINING NODES ARE BROKEN! So people many, many levels higher than you kill you constantly so you can never level up, ever! Unless you pay money, a lot of money to level up. I’m done with this game I’m not giving them one more dime. The people that play are vindictive bullies that constantly kill you for fun and to keep you down, we complain to the developers but they just want money, done, done, done with this crap game!

What a joke. The rich players attacks ”just like kicking a player over and over again.”
  • Worse and worse

Every update seems to make the gameplay worse. The lag in the game got so unbearable I had to reinstall. Upon reinstallation I see all my latinum (the games gold) was zeroed out. Contact developers and they say they can’t reverse player actions. So the game stopped working and my actions to fix it cost me the currency in the game that cost real money. Don’t waste your time.

New update to fix the bugs. Worthless. Still so many bugs and very little content. If your goal in life is to be pulverized by ships 10 times your strength, with no hope of ever fighting back, or if you love finding and reporting bugs that are never addressed, then this is your game. I spent a lot of money on this game and couldn’t be more disappointed.

Game written to frustrate you into paying real money to just survive. $50 gets you a ship that is unbeatable by levels 5 higher than you. Then after that has been out enough to annoy everyone, another ship for $50 that makes you stronger than that last $50 everyone spent. You can’t level without spending money. Missions require beating ships 100k+ higher than you and to upgrade you have to mine ore that you have refine for what you need. This part take 9 hours and is you’re lucky you might get 5 of the 500 you need. I’ve been trying to upgrade for 3 months and only have 43 out of the 500 needed. This doesn’t count your miners getting killed by the people who paid $50 or more and just harass everyone. Then to top that, guess what you need to make repairs, that’s right just what you been trying to gather for the upgrade. Everything cost far more than can be collected without spending real money. As a Star Trek fan I feel this is damaging the franchise. This should be called GRIEFWARE and there should be a warning that you need to spend cash to play. As a person with a bad heart requiring a machine to live, I don’t have time to waste with this garbage and limited as to what I can do for entertainment. Taking advantage of people is pathetic.
  • Really fun until level 18 the upgrades after really takes painctie or money

I quit when I was forced to join an alliance. I don’t know the game well enough to join anything. No time to learn the game or play around. I don’t like being forced to do anything. Have fun
