Too bad you’re forcing users to login to app instead of using our pin for every use now. Especially just to confirm a transaction

It's good to know I have this service to fall back on if necessary. Reasonably priced. I like that the dark web is being monitored for my info, as well as receiving alerts for known data breaches that could affect me. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't enjoy being blindsided.

I upgraded my iPhone 8 for an iPhone 14. And changed my phone number. And the login keeps sending the code to my now disconnected old phone number. And the two factor authentication is extremely limited in choices. The old phone number or the 10 pass codes, or a one time pass code also sent to the old phone number. I can choose facial recognition or email for the first part. Why can’t I choose the one not used in the first part? ie. Email address that’s on record. Also it’s very difficult to contact a person for help from LifeLock help page…

App login is frustrating. Set it up to remember email and use Face ID, yet it still reverts back to requiring full email address and password.

I have had LifeLock monitoring any transactions regarding several properties I own. During that time two of the properties were sold by me. LifeLock failed to acknowledge or notify me way that the properties were sold and still list them in my account.

I having been receiving up to 12 reports of fraud for a single, verified transaction. I verify a transaction and receive multiple, daily notifications about the same transaction. I can no longer trust transaction alerts.
