    I've been a Google Fi customer for 10 years now. It's usually fine but whenever I get a new phone I have issues with transferring the service. This time, I've contacted customer service multiple times and each time they had me do the same steps. They've "escalted" the request after 24 hours without service and told me I need to wait another 24-48 hours before the specialist can get back to me. For someone who needs to be reachable by phone for work, DO NOT use Google Fi.

    i am in the military and submitted my proof. it never worked and about 10 tech support couldnt help me but still they continue to charge me. they could see that i am having trouble and could see i was not able to use the service but still continue to charge me. month after month i would contact them for the same thing. i disputed the charges for every month they billed me but still continue to bill me. i tried to dispute with my credit card but they would still come back saying it is a legit charge. i asked to stop the service but they wont cancel until i pay the bill from june to november for something they couldnt help me work and something i have never used. just the worse experience and will stay away from hereon.

    Do not get this service! Have had nothing but problems since my wife and I switched. First we bought a phone through them and decided I wanted to keep my iPhone because after a day of using theirs it was already slowing down a lot, called before the 15 day window and was told to wait for an email with instructions we waited and nothing came then they said it was too late to return even though I had called them multiple times now I have to pay for a brand new phone I don’t even use. Then we where told we where on the unlimited plan by a representative, turns out they put us on the flexible plan, our bill was $150 for one month for two lines and they said they where sorry but nothing they could do. Now my data is being used even while connected to WiFi and they are charging me.I’ve never had this bad of service and customer service. Don’t use this!!

  • Cant mass delete voicemails

    The app is slow and glitchy and takes forever to delete one voicemail. There are no options to multi delte
  • Issues with connectivity and SIM Card

    Service worked fine for a few months. The started to get spotty, dropping calls, slow internet and replacement SIM Cards have issues to activate.

    Bad signal, always issues with calls not ringing. Lagging when traveling abroad. Switched to t- mobile, more reliable.
  • Failure to launch

    App fails to launch everytime, for the first time. I have to close the app, then tap to open again for it to load. This is seemingly a bug, and something that should be pushed to be fixed, as it’s very irritating.
  • Certain numbers can not call me

    For some reason my mom can not call me from her home and Google fi can not fix it or tell me why. There are a few ppl that can not call my number and google FI response is IDK we can’t help you. So if receiving only certain calls is ok with you, then this is a great service.
