    It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t open the app and see my cameras immediately. You have to wait for the ad to finish and then you can look at your camera. I’ll be buying a new camera to avoid using this stupid awful app

    I suggest any one to non bay anything to this program because this doesn’t work ,I have 5 camera and no one work and the cloud ask me to pay again $175 to the second time !!

    Receiving multiple notifications a day is insulting. If the product was better I possibly would upgrade my subscription. If you want 3 or more notifications daily about upgrading this is the product for you. No PC access, no reliably.

    This app only lets you view camera when they choose also I was charged twice no customer service only suggestion unrelated this is a scam also they steal information and try to hijack your other devices

    I purchased 4 cameras and only two of them are partially working. I can’t connect the other two and the two that are connected only work during daylight. There’s no way to speak with anyone for tech/ product support. I paid for the subscription and kept getting an error message that said my subscription was expired although when I checked the subscription tab it said I was paid up. Don’t waste your time with this. It’s cheap for a reason.

    Waste of money. Bought this camera and bought the SD card but can’t used it or view the video unless you have to pay 50-200 dollar per year to subscribe waste of money. Will be returning it.

    Works great at recording every mosquito in the night sky but if a prowler shows up to break in, you might get a 1 sec snippet of the crime! I wouldn’t purchase this again for any price. Should be free

    I have three of the 360 cameras and a paid subscription that I have used for 2 years and love them and how it works. I an very disappointed in the quality of the service that I have received for the past month I had my subscription set on auto renewal through Apple. Witch it did on October 7 2024 and I have a bank receipt from my bank that it was paid but on October eighth of 2024 my yearly subscription expired and it doesn’t work anymore I have been trying to get the subscription reinstated or a refund of $106.43 would much rather have the app that works then the money. I have sent copies of my bank statement over and over to apple support and the Yi lot app to get zero support back just that my subscription doesn’t qualify for a refund or a cancellation can not be reinstated. So with that being said I am starting to think that they are scammers and the whole thing is a fraud. They have stolen my money the way I see it

    Poor quality cameras and application. Video cuts out constantly, forcing me to restart app to regain feed. Used to be decent as far as a banner ad or something small but now I'm bombarded with ads and pop ups for trap products. All around bad system.

    The first week was good but after that the cameras starting going crazy. I attempted to get help from customer support but no response. Also I was being charged for the cloud storage that I never ordered. I had to contact Apple to get refunded. The camera is made of very low quality material and the app is useless. On the picture quality for a 1080P camera I expected better but the picture I was getting looked more like 480P. The three cameras lasted a week that should tell you something.
