    This system has great potential but with their greed for subscription and constant intrusive maneuvers to get you to subscribe it’s very annoying. If that’s not bad enough when you try and input your own micro SD the cameras seem to malfunction. I have tried different settings and assistance from customer service still no luck. The system worked for about 6 no to a year then from then on no subscription no real functionality. My cameras continuously turn facing the walls and when I adjust it automatically goes back to the wall with no motion in designated area. I’m a done with this product and will try one of the more reputable security systems that offer you to self monitor and the product work’s whether you subscribe or not. Goodbye KAMI products and good luck….

    They seem to randomly disconnect from the network and I have to reload them. I have to power them down and restart them, a lot! The replay is spotty, and they trip if a bug flys by but won’t if a person is wandering around. The app also has issues randomly. You get what you pay for. C+

    I tried & still trying to get it to work. It locks my phone. I keep getting notifications of videos with no one in the camera. If I try to move it with the app, it turns to face the wall. It goes off for bugs not people walking up to my door. I thought it might be a defective camera. But the next 2 proved me wrong. I already purchased the one year subscription, so I'm kind of stuck at this point. i'm gonna try to get my money back and send everything back. my recommendation is look for a different brand.

    These cameras have always had connectivity issues. Horrendous loading times, freezing screens and inability to connect in general. (I have gigspeed internet) Now they’ve updated the software so you have to pay for the DVR service to watch four cameras on one screen. I have 3 kids and multiple rooms I have to watch while they're being babysat. Why would I want a DVR service for footage with tons of breaks and gaps? Now I will be investing in a better camera/dvr setup.
