  • Great cameras

    I have 5 cameras total. These are wonder camera that have great picture view! I wish I could find more like it or find camera compatible with the app I have these cameras on! You will not be disappointed buying these cameras.
  • Beeping at all hours

    I read in the manual that if the camera loses connectivity, it will reset and do a little beeping jingle. Well there needs to be a way to mute this because it’s in my daughters bedroom and often wakes her up. I like the picture quality and the alerts are accurate, but customer service is crap. I googled it and there are apparently other cameras from this company that have the ability to mute the beeping, but not this one. I have been through every setting.

    I don’t think I’ve wasted so much time on something so silly before now. There needs to be better instructions including a how to camera reset IMHO. This camera may work fine but it shouldn’t be this hard to get it connected nor to get ahold of the app or instructions. The bot helper is not a help and the community support topics scare me considering I’m just trying to get mine going and there isn’t an entry for resetting, I can only look to the other topics to predict how many more may be ahead. If I don’t fiber this out soon I’ll just return it.

    This is been the worst camera system I’ve ever purchased along with the cloud service. Unless you want Wi-Fi error or connection issues don’t do it. This has been a exhausting process it’s not worth it.

    It takes forever to read the QR code if it all. Every time I unplugged it and moved it to another location it reset itself and then I had to go through the QR process all over again. Only gave it two stars because the few times it did work the camera and sound quality was good but the headache of it all is not worth it.
  • The connection is horrible and the cameras don’t last long

    My cameras rarely work. The cameras will have perfect connection but still not load and say unavailable. The 14.99 cloud service was a huge rip off. I do not recommend this cameras at all
  • “Activity” option needs direct access from “Alert”

    My camera already records 24x7. Please make the alert have a direct link to my full “activity” so I can see the full clip directly from my SD card. Currently, i have to leave the alert… note the date and time … than go to Activity and find the clip again. It’s inconvenient. Wyze camera does this better by linking the full clip directly from the alert for FREE. Again, the data is already there, so please make it accessible from the alert itself so I don’t have to search for it. Thank you.
  • Beeps and turns 360o out of nowhere

    Biggest problem here is that it beeps and turns 360 degrees out of a sudden. Imagine sleeping at 3 am and it happens. You freak out and my baby wakes up. Image is good, but there’s no zoom.

  • All cameras are offline

    I have 3 cameras and all 3 are showing "went offline" this morning at around the same time. Have had trouble viewing alert videos for the past few weeks also. Already tried resetting, unplugging, but still showing as offline. Everything was working great before these problems started happening. Please fix it.
