  • No Free Trial But Pay First

    I downloaded the app and I didn’t even get to try it. As soon as I tried to turn it on it said 3 day free trial then 9.99 a week. Who has 9.99 to spend a week not me. I downloaded this app from the top 100 FREE IPADS APPS. How is me having to pay 9.99 free? Not only was it just a 3 day free trial but there was also a timer for how long I’m active until my free trial is up. I’m not seeing how this app is anywhere near free. App devs you screwed up with saying it was free when it really wasn’t . That’s just shady business right there.

    I CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL ENDED AND DELETED THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME AND NOW IT APPEARS AS IF I HAVE A PENDING PAYMENT IN MY APPLE ACCOUNT WHEN IT IS NOT SO, I CAN NOT PAY THAT BECAUSE I AM NO LONGER IN THE USA AND IN THE APP STORE IT DOES NOT LET ME CHANGE THE COUNTRY / REGION, NOW THE APPSTORE DOES NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE MY APPLICATIONS SINCE "A REQUESTING PAYMENT" APPEARS THAT I DO NOT OWE, I HAVE TRIED TO REPORT THE PAYMENT BUT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING SINCE IT IS IN "PROCESS" PLEASE CANCEL THAT ERRONEOUS PAYMENT SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE WITH MY LIFE IN PEACE AND AUTHENTICATE MY THINGS HAPPY SINCE IT DOES NOT EVEN LET ME UPDATE THE BANK APP.

    The worst and most terrible app deducted $10 from my account for a one-week subscription, against my will, and none of the servers in the app work. Their support team didn’t respond either. They are literally scammers. I absolutely do not recommend installing this app.
