  • Exercise history often doesn’t show

    The programs are great but the app has some issues, the most prominent and frustrating of which is that the exercise history often doesn’t work - it says no history found for exercises I know I’ve done many times. It’s quite annoying having to then figure out from scratch why ch weights to start with when I know I’ve done an exercise before.

    I have been using this app for 3 years now and it literally ages like fine wine! It keeps getting better and better. You pick a program and it tells you everything you have to do for that day. It offers alternatives, you can track your weights and you choose 30 or 60 min. I can also listen to my music and also hear if the timer goes off (if the move is timed) which I love. It is always growing and changing which has helped to keep me consistent. And of course I can see and feel my strength gains which is the ultimate goal. 1000% recommend.

    All around, these programs are the best. I know that’s subjective, but to give you objective reasons why I feel that way please continue reading- Madeline has created programs for different goals (strength, endurance, beginner workouts, pregnancy, etc). She includes alternative exercises to allow you to continue working out in times with no equipment, more simple home equipment, or more gym based equipment. The app allows you to modify the pre programmed workout if you need to adjust an exercise, and track the weight you’re using. She varies the exercises so you don’t get bored, but you’re still working the proper muscles to make gains. I recommend this program to so many!

    I’ve been a loyal moves app member since 2020 and I’ve never been more consistent with my workouts. Madeline & her team pack so much value into the app and have NEVER increased the price. They have a program for you regardless of your fitness goals/phase of life. They just launched a new app update and it is incredible!! I’ve tried other workout programs in the past and nothing compares to moves. The workouts can be done at the gym or at home and are easily customizable depending on the equipment you have on hand. I also love the option for 30 or 60 minute workout options so you can pick what fits your schedule each day. Truly cannot say enough about this app!

    Such a great app and value for the price! Highly recommend. I started before getting pregnant but switched over to Mama Moves around 25 weeks. I do my pelvic floor PT right after my workout bc many of the exercises overlap. So grateful for your program and looking forward to coming back stronger than any of my previous pregnancies 💪. I love the tracking so I can focus on progressive overload, even during pregnancy. It has been great for modifications during travel, etc. I can’t say enough good things- give it a try!

    I started Madeline’s workouts June 6, 2024… very reluctantly. I don’t know why I was scared. Seems so ridiculous now honestly. I really “only” need to lose about 20-25 pounds but I just can’t seem to do it. But it’s sooooo very important to me to NOT be on a diet. Instead, I wanted a lifestyle change; to be someone who makes wise choices about both food and exercise but yet also has some sweets every now and then. Madeline is amazing and so is her program. Give it a try….you will not regret it!!!!

    I have been doing these workout for 5 (!!) years- they are truly the best! I have never gotten bored and am continuously impressed by there dedication to improvement and additional offerings! The new format looks great!
