    Recently I purchased a Rapsodo mlm2-pro golf simulator and have not been able to register the product for the free trial of e6. I am an engineer and have significant experience with computers and electronic devices. So it is not like I don’t know what I am doing. Horrible app.

    I have been trying to use E6 Connect with my Mevo+ on an iPad Pro. I get the same error message, “Device not connected”, as another reviewer got 2 years ago! The E6 developers don’t seem to care about resolving this issue. The advice I got from an E6 “CX Software Specialist” was to (1) turn off ALL other WiFi devices in the home, turn off all other applications running on iPhone and iPad, (2) that E6 Connect uses FlightScope’s connectivity and communication (I.e. it’s not OUR problem); And the best one yet: (3) that Mevo+ devices are subject to static issues so, if you’re using a turf or artificial grass, or have forced air heating, this specialist recommends using a spray bottle of 50% unscented Downy fabric softener and 50% water, every morning before use, lightly spray down all the turf floor. Or you can add a humidifier to the environment, blah, blah, blah. I am giving up on trugolf and E6 golf, since there has apparently not been much effort in resolving these long standing issues.
