I wish I had read all the recent reviews before downloading … how do I cancel and get my money back??

Honestly this is an app to sell you clothes. I wanted to see what it could do with my own wardrobe and I uploaded photos of the majority of my closet and it didn’t save hardly 1/2 of what I uploaded. The outfits it suggests of my own wardrobe could be put together by a toddler. Instead it really only suggests what I should buy, most of which is quite expensive and not really my style. I took the style quiz and it sounds good but what it suggests doesn’t line up with my taste. Don’t waste your money…the hype and the advertising doesn’t live up to what this app is capable of doing. Just use Chat GPT for free.

The color pallet and the clothing styles were pretty bad. Plus, it charges for trial period, which would be ok if you actually get some good color suggestions. But it wasn’t the case.

The outfits were bad and it was very wrong about my coloring and palette.

The season determining part of this is nice but the outfit selection is horrible. I will admit I am plump but there is more out ghere than blabk and while tent dresses. I have yet to see an outfit come up in my colors. Geez!

Downloaded and you have to pay the annual subscription in order to get your outfits - no trial period or anything. Outfit picks are awful, they don’t match the supposed test of style or your colors. The AI doesn’t seem to understand and process dislikes and keeps sending the same outfits over and over again. Great idea with a terrible execution.

This app is easy to use. It gives you 10 color in your season and that you need to pay extra for more colors. You can get little more colors in Chat GPT. I was asked multiple questions about my style, age and preference for clothing but the style that I get recommended is ALWAYS some items and same colors. Recommendations from specific stores are also not reflecting what I answered as my preferred style (no sleeveless shirts, no mini skirts,…). I get that they make money from selling through their app but at least they should recommend appropriate products, otherwise I can browse by myself on Nordstrom app. I think you can probably get similar recommendations and analysis with AI.

**Update - I was just charged an additional $28.95 after I paid for a one year subscription and Cancelled it. TOTAL SCAM. This site makes it very confusing to sign up, and before I knew it, I had paid for both a one week trial ($8.99) and a one year subscription ($39.99). This app is not worth either of those. Total waste of time and money.
