It just WORKS!!!

I hate to rag on a company I admire so much, but this app is utter garbage. I’ve tried to use this awful piece of software on my Q, M10-P, MP240, SL, and SL2. Across a couple different generations of iPhone and iPad at that. Best case scenario, it works for about 5 minute before crashing. Worst case, I can’t even get it to connect. Leica, your hardware is top tier, but your app simply isn’t. Please just make this thing work, I’m begging you.

After connecting my Q3 to Leica FOTOS, I can't download Leica Looks. In the camera settings under Leica Looks, there is only the 'Standard' option with no other choices available or downloadable

Why can’t the dlux 8 get Leica looks downloaded? That is the one camera in the whole Leica line up targeted at user who likely just want straight from camera jpg. Please allow this to happen, theres no reason not to

I have to select my camera every time I use the app to connect it to the app on my iPhone via Bluetooth. It should be automatic. Other than that little quirk, it's a wonderful app. I can operate the camera remotely with the app. Most important is the ability to update the camera firmware with the app and transfer the "Leica Looks," the downloadable filters which enhance my photos. So great.

I like the Leica Fotos app for remote control of my M11 Monochrom and my M11P. It works reasonably well most of the time with occasional connectivity glitches. But what I really can’t stand and have no idea why they designed it this way is that it seems you can’t delete photos from the gallery without also deleting them from the camera. This is a terrible problem when traveling for a length of time because once you have accumulated photos it can take ten minutes or more to populate the gallery so you can use the remote app when turning it on. Means I must carry a computer to backup the photos then delete them from the camera, even if I want to be computer free and travel lightly. For shame!

Finally out of the Stone Age of camera apps with cumbersome pairing, unreliable connectivity, and limited/unintuitive functionality—Leica Fotos is to camera apps what the iPhone was to smartphones. The app is simple to use, intuitive, and robust. Everything just works, from remote control to capture to export, taking frustration out of the whole experience. Bravo, Leica!

The current version of FOTOS displays some photographs taken with my Leica M11 as black rectangles. When swiping from one picture to another, for some, the image will briefly display before being replaced by a black rectangle. This has only been a problem with the 5.x releases of FOTOS. I don’t have this problem with any of the photographs downloaded from my M10R.

Everyone knows that your leica m11 sensor is flawed with magenta cast . Wich is terrible and shame to the leica to release and keep releasing defective m11 variants . On top of that i am in stupor because no one notices that no matter what adjustments to The white balance one does even TO THT POINT OF GREY SCALE - CAMERA STILL INSERTS INTO DNG FILES WRONGED TEMPERATURE VALUES ! Please address it . At least Greay scale option HAS TO BE EMBEDDED INTO DNG FILE ? Why bother change anything then if camera still does to the dng files whatever it pleases - wrongly interpreting colors

Does not connect to my Leica C camera, as the camera is asking to connect to Leica shuttle via wifi, but the app does not support that
