It should be quite simple and Easy way to check my transaction activities. C'mon. Such an organization, the app should be upgraded. Typically, the IT team knows it how to maintain the sever and the Front features are really bad for now. And STOP server maintainace on every Monday morning.

Update without notice. They keep up to date without notice when there is urgent for money transferring or making payments that will make you cry.

No respect to customer and no responsibility for what I did at bank last week.
I changed my no filling a form and still is not proceed. They don’t take responsibility.
Beneficiary name sorting problem

Why we can’t choose the beneficiary name easily in list.(not alphabetical sort in application)
And can not use with given name also.
Please help to update this.

I can’t log in to my KBZ account using Face ID for the past two years. Model is iPhone 11 Pro Max. I went to the bank, told my situation and asked for the solution. But staffs told me it was a technical problem and it will be solved with the next app update. That was one year again. So to this day, The only way I can access my account is by entering my ID and pw which is really inconvenient. Really bad application service and banking service.
