Watermark on free version, 8 dollars a month to remove

I want a refund. The GIF is extremely blurry. Enough said.

It has a good frame rate. But it is very hard on the phone to fine tune the start and stop frames for the gif.

I absolutely cannot get this app to trim or change the speed of my gif. I have to accept whatever is uploaded as is otherwise the screen goes completely black. Unfortunate and disappointing.

I’ve used the watermarked version of this app for years, but I finally figured I’d treat myself to the real deal, & honestly, for the $8, considering a lifetime of use… totally worth it.

Can I have my money back? When I purchased the app last year it had way more features and worked, now the features are gone and the files are black.

Do NOT pay for this app. It legit worked SO great the first few times I used it I paid for the lifetime pass. Tried using it for the first time since then, now my file goes black when I try to trim the video. Waste of money. Trying to get a refund since this app is not even functional now. It has not even been a month!!!

Have paid version, haven’t used it in a while but when I went to make a new gif I saw there’s been a bunch of changes. Why is there only two options now? Can only crop and trim but the trim seems broken. This seems like this should be the free version rather than the paid. Don’t understand why you guys took away options from us.

Bruh, why yall made it only two options, I paid lifetime to use the feature to slow down my Dokkan videos dialogue. Now, I can’t made Broly voice slow and deep. Yall need to change it back to what it was before. I’m not giving a 5 star till the features we had before come back. Don’t fix what is not broken 😤 The game

Was the best app to make gifs. Had great options. Now it is bare bones trim and crop as the only editing features. What happened? And on top of it when you crop a video and press the check mark to save the crop, the gif turns black and shows nothing. So essentially it doesn’t work anymore. Developers can you please re install for us the previous version we paid for we would greatly appreciate it. It was great. Now it doesn’t work and it is less of a product than when was previously purchased. This recent update downgraded the app severely. Thank you for your time and hope for a response on this issue.
