    Sesh has been something I’ve had for years since FitbyKaty and I love the variety of challenges and workouts. I just did the Run and Reps Challenge and I haven’t run in years. It gets you out of your comfort zone and changing up your workouts and it has been super helpful to try to build more consistent routines. The nutrition is a big factor too and I’ve seen the updates and work they’ve put into the app over the years. It is always evolving and getting better! The subscriptions are really nice because it has helped to have access to all the different programming and even being able to take a quiz to see what matches up with your life style the best. Loving it!

    I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps over the years, but Sesh stands out in the best way and it’s the one I keep coming back to. It’s beautifully simple but incredibly effective. The workouts are thoughtfully designed, easy to follow, and feel like they were made by real trainers who get what women actually need—especially those of us juggling real life, hormones, and the ups and downs of motivation. The challenges add an extra incentive and I love the community. I love that the app doesn’t overwhelm me with a million options or gimmicks. It keeps me focused, consistent, and feeling strong. The programs are well-structured, and I really appreciate the balance between strength, mobility, and recovery. Sesh is 100% worth trying.

    I love this app! Easy to use and navigate and very helpful. The workout generator is good but has some kinks to work out … if you don’t love the workout and choose to “regenerate” it basically gives you the same exact workout again which is frustrating; But the options like timeframe, areas to workout and add ons like core/warm ups are a great touch!

    Using the sesh fitness app has made staying consistent that much easier. I used to go to the gym with an idea of what I was going to do, but never with an actual plan. I would spend more time trying to figure out what I would be doing that day vs actually working out. I'm on my second postpartum journey and I owe it all to sesh! This app has been life changing.

    This app has helped me feel so much more confident going into the gym, no more wandering around no knowing what or how to do something! Not only does it give written instructions it has a video for every work out so you know exactly what to do! You can start with a program or just use the generator! I recommend this to anyone especially beginners!

    basically I might sound stupid for thinking this but I thought it was going to be free I went threw alot of the reviews and they had said nothing about money but for one workout it’s like 100 dollars not going to pay that much when I can find videos on YouTube.!

    I’ve been using this app for many years, and I love the workouts and challenges with it. The challenges are a way to hold myself accountable and be consistent, and the programs are something you get to keep forever! So you can go back and do a program if you really liked it. The workouts are easy to follow along, and they have a video example for reference if you don’t know how to do it. The check in section in the app is really helpful to get you to reach your goals. Would definitely recommend. The only improvement I would suggest is to include in the workouts which muscle you are working for that specific exercise. It would help people know they’re working the correct thing.
