Not good, you take my money, but then you don’t give me new pictures like I’m supposed to have that is what I am paying for so we need to fix this problem or I’m canceling it

Payed for this for a year a couple months ago. Got items for the first month but have not gotten any for the last month. I get notices that I got a new one each day but if I log in, it’s not there. Sad because I loved to work on it.

I’m having the same problem that felion13 had 4 years ago. So I just deleted the app and re-downloaded to see if it would restore my premium. It didn’t and it keeps asking me if I would like premium. I click it and it says you already have it and press ok but when I try to click on an image I get ads and it’s kind of lame that I can’t play this game now. You guys just stole $40 from me. And I try to press the restore purchases button but it’s just says “The restore purchases process failed.” Just got premium last week and it’s good until next year so I don’t get it. *UPDATE: It’s been 2 months since this review and no word from devs or anything. I want my money back since I can’t play the game without an ad every 6 clicks. Before premium worked no problem for me but now I can’t use it until my next billing cycle? That’s robbery you guys cmon. And who’s to say it’ll even work next cycle. I’m not re subscribing to find out.
2 months of animal pictures, labeled “insane”

I appreciate that you finally started putting up new pictures, but it’s just picture after picture of animals marked “insane”. Can you change it up a little, scenery, mandalas, flowers, buildings…
Feels like you’re just phoning it in.
Premium not working

Same problem as other review. Premium subscriber. On January 1 it quit loading new images. I waited and hoped it would update. Today I deleted app and reloaded, hoping it would fix it. It tells me I’m subscribed but won’t reload purchase. Help!
No daily picture

I have paid my yearly subscription, but I haven’t received my daily picture. I’m going on my 3rd week. I wrote twicewith the problem. I haven’t received a response. At least let me know what the problem is. Is it your app or is the problem on my iPad?

i had to delete the app n now that im able to use my ipad again i went n redown loaded the app n it brings up the app screen but then immediately kicks me out without fully loading the app. pls fix this. i can not update the app bc im using an older ipad so i have to use an older version of the app. would rate higher if i could actually use the app

This app is getting worse and worse. I have been a subscriber for years and have always given this 5 stars until this past winter (2023/24). At that time I was not getting any new images at all, after my last review I finally started getting some new images sporadically for a month or two and now for the last several months it tells me there is a new image to do but when I open up app, it is giving me images that I have already done!!! I cannot find any way to reach the developers other than here as a review. What is going on here? You had no problem charging my card automatically for my yearly renewal for a product/service that you are no longer updating. Are you out of new images, is that why all I get are recycled images that are stilled colored that are supposedly “new” images?
