    This game is so stress-free but it’s only a bit stressful when you can’t find the characters that you want but that’s not even a big thing so you guys are doing a great job on the game. This is a very fun game and it probably took a while so don’t rush to make more updates because this game is already good as it seems. you guys are doing amazing job on it and please don’t ever remove the game because this game is very fun.

    If you asked me 2 years ago, I would have said that I absolutely love this game and think it’s best gacha on the market. I still think to this day that Epic Seven has the potential to be the best game on the market by miles, but it has just been squandered by sg and the design team. The past year has been filled with so many units that break the game and make it unfun to play if you don’t have them. I was at the point of holding hope that the next collab would be a good one, and instead we get Garbagelord. The game is unfun and the next collab doesn’t add any lovable characters. I wish I could give the game a good rating because I do love it, but the direction it’s taking is honestly so sad and disappointing. Maybe if the developers and balance team can get it together, I’ll change my stance, but as of right now there’s nothing keeping me playing the game.

    Since the last update my game goes into a “connecting” screen and freezes. It’s actually unplayable right now.

    Left it to the artists and animators.. rng never fixed. Stop paying their pay checks until they fix this mess. 80% of the heroes are useless. GW favors defense too much. Rng is such a disaster its not worth the time smilegate has a new game now. Just waiting for this game to die before the 10year

    The game is slowly turning more pay to win and trying to force more pay to win features while also giving no content and expecting players to be excited about it.

    There is no redeeming qualities about this game. The “balance” of the game is abysmal. All but about 15 of the hundreds of characters are absolute trash and can’t be used, leaving you with the smallest character pool of any game of this genre I’ve ever seen. The story is boring and repetitive. The rng and grind mechanics are immensely worse than any other gacha game on the market. The only thing people like about this waste of time is the art, and even that isn’t exactly interesting. Overall, do not expect anything good from this game. The devs have proven themselves to be incompetent to the extreme.

    It is a good game but for some reason it get rid of all of my date that means. All my characters and progress just disappeared after each update or if I don’t play it for a while. It is very frustrating and annoying because I work hard to get all of my heroes and progress I have. For the game to just have my data disappear randomly.

    Love the game, actively spent hundreds on it. But you need to fix the crashing issue. I crash when doing Arena, which isn’t bad. But it counts as a used attempt. I also crash when doing LIVE arena and it doesn’t let me return to the match. I even crash when I put auto battling in the background to do something else like expedition or Arena. It’s so frustrating when I’m winning at Arena, and the game randomly quits on me. Half of Arena battles are so RNG focused, it’s like indirectly taking a win from me. Please fix this!
