We have met a lot of great hosts and wonderful people. After driving all day or part of the day it is especially relaxing to stop at a winery or brew pub/tavern, park, have a beer or glass of wine, meal and go to bed. Ready to go the next day. Other venues like museums, etc are great too. Will be leaving in a few days for 2000 plus miles heading back home.

Look, I’d recommend Harvest Hosts to all my friends and family. But they have a big problem with this app and their messages. They like to send unnecessary reminders at 5am!!!Yes, you heard that correctly. If I want to get notifications from a host, I must leave all notifications on. And instead of having different categories of notifications to turn off or on, it’s “all or nothing”. Then, every morning they like to send out that 5am reminder to review a property you stayed at!!?! This is crazy guys. I don’t want to be bothered at 5am. Why are you doing this? Make the reminder time specific to someone’s region. If you can’t do that, then change the time to 10am PT.

I love the Harvest Host concept and process. Booking was easy and communication with the hosts is great. However, the feedback process regarding the stay needs improvement.

This app makes it harder than it needs to be for you to cancel and they will charge you for years after you sell your rig. Don’t forget to cancel your membership once you aren’t using this app anymore. 4 years of fees for nothing, what a waste of money!

this was my 1st stop!… traveling in Lancaster and Chester County using your app and membership will be exciting!

More places than ever to stay & play!

Our first Harvest Hosts stay was a delightful experience! Kate assured us that arriving after hours was not a problem. The lovely setting with gardens, grape arbor, and well-lit paved parking was a perfect way to begin our HH adventure. The next morning, we purchased bottles of award-winning wine and mead from Kate in the lovely shop. We also highly recommend JB’s Coffeehouse (JitterBeans) in downtown St. James. The German chocolate coffee was sublime!

Company opts YOU and YOUR credit card into auto-renew immediately at any joining. You will be renewed forever at $179 until you turn OFF auto renew or CANCEL. I did not find Harvest Hosts that great overall and not worth the money. I was shocked to see they auto-renewed me after never specifically consenting and paying close attention to never join any auto-renewals, and find their legal terms VERY DECEPTIVE and intentionally DEVIOUS to customers. They deserve much less than 1 Star!!! They are very slow and lazy to trying to refund customers or do what should be fair, after possibly intentionally or unintentionally tricking them from day one of joining with them. Do what is right and fair, Harvest Hosts, and not just what you can trick customers into (illlll)LEGALLY Harvest Host!!!!
