  • Great app, but a little pricey

    I love this app. I use it all the time. Unfortunately, the only thing negative about this app is the price. And it usually only is good for the length of the F1 season, which isn’t even a full year so you’re paying a lot for an app that you only use 4 months out of the year.

  • Good content, ghetto streaming

    Does not stream well to a lot of airplay devices, ghetto streaming unless you have a hardwired network. Netflix and Hulu work great and adjust where this app just crashes all the time. Significant enough problem I will cancel my subscription next year and pay for another service thst knows how to actually stream content.

    You make it difficult to navigate so when I go to watch the replay I find out the winner before. It’s so frustrating and has happened multiple times. I do not recommend.

  • Please fix AirPlay reliability

    Only taking a star off because of Apple airplay. Airplay stops working randomly or just doesn’t work sometimes. Fix reliability of that and it’s great. 7/21/2024 Update*** Taking another star off because Apple AirPlay is still a huge issue as it barely works.

  • Exactly what I want, but not enough features

    As a new fan of F1 and someone who does not want to buy a $70/mo streaming package to watch the races every weekend, F1 TV was seemingly the answer to my prayers. For the most part, it lives up. However, I find it frustrating that the app lacks features I’ve come to expect coming from the likes of YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming platforms. (Picture in Picture, gesture controls just to name a few). Additionally, the lack of a seamless transition from pre-show to race show to post-race show is frustrating. For $10 a month, these are things I really hope they bring soon, but frustrating that they aren’t already there given that they are ‘table stakes’ for streaming apps. 3 out of 5 for me.

  • Just needs a mini player

    If they could implement a mini player to the app on both android and iOS, the app would be 5 stars. This has to be the only streaming app with no mini player. I should be able to respond to a text or multitask while streaming.

  • You’re killing me. 2nd week unable to see race. Support is not supportive.

    Love the app and the flexibility to watch when it’s convenient. The only issue - and it’s a big one - is the inability to airplay. It works infrequently but overall F1TV needs to fix this issue.
