    Beyond frustrated. The app no longer works. Says my Connected isn’t connected when it is. Feels like you’re forcing us to buy new watches.

    App has stated it needs to be “updated” to connect to my watch for 6 months now. No update available. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of the watch.

    Had High hopes for the latest updates. Did get it to connect but not all the time. The developer says that one can load a photo and make your watch face. Have been looking for this feature, only available on android via other third part developers. Please add/fix in next release. Otherwise not a bad app, even though it has limited functionality.

    I spent way too much time trying to connect via App. However once I downloaded the “Android Wear” App for iOS, it was a breeze to connect, once connected through “Wear” I’ve had no issues with iOS Connected App. TAG Should Definitely update the App to make it more user friendly, especially on initial setup

    If you’re going to get into the smart watch category, then produce an App that works and put meaningful support behind it. After being thrilled that the connected was finally available for purchase online, it’s massively disappointing to receive the watch, get it up and running and then run into repeated issues connecting to its app - an epic product fail. Punctuated by finding a history of reviews that cite the same issues over time. Tag Heuer, you’re a premium brand with pricing that matches...please fix!

    This app has the right idea and it would be nice to create and store a ton of watches that when it sinks with your phone, can be changed effortlessly. Nice idea... zero execution. This app never recognizes my phone and after customizing 20 plus watch faces I can never use... really pisses you off. Why did I pay almost $2000 for this SMART watch again? Shame on you Tag.

    This app can’t find the watch despite updating my connected firmware and connected software to the latest version via google play store. Android Wear OS app is ok.
