  • Barely works

    It kind of works. But most of the time snows aren’t available when they should be or outright just fail to play. This app executes at the absolute bare minimum level of service it needs to.
  • Would give zero stars if I could

    It’s like having candy dangled in your face that you’re allowed to have because the app doesn’t work. Shows play fine until commercials come on then everything freezes. Also can’t stream to Apple TV because that also causes app to freeze.

    I initially was surprised to find my plan included free channels so I downloaded the watch tv app And was able to stream what I wanted but then all of a sudden it just plays a thousand commercials and never gets to the program I want to watch! So annoying and am utterly frustrated with this service! Fix the issues or find another customer to hoodwink!

    This app is SO buggy across all devices and platforms, crashes every 10-15min. On my FireTv it’s even worse, while the app is running the audio will suddenly stop and cause the all the other apps’ audio to stop till I restart the unit. I thought it was simply the device and upgraded to a Fire Cube, no luck, happens there too. I was talked into upgrading to unlimited because I told a salesperson I was thinking about cable cutting and he was so eager to get me into this. I knew going in it was only select channels, so no basic channels wasn’t a shock, but what good is cable cutting if you have to restart the app or device every 15 min??!

    Update the shows I can watch better tv somewhere else you don’t have episodes of the show I want to see that aired in 2018 please it is a good app but why not have all sessions available and episodes

  • It’s like AT&T doesn’t know TV

    It’s like AT&T doesn’t know the TV business at all. No one wants a random show to start playing when you open the app, especially when you have the option set to ”off” and when watching TV shows, next episode means the one following the one you just watched, not a previous episode with 2 minutes left.
  • Not Happy

    I have always been an AT&T customer. My home phone and then onto mobile and WiFi. It is beyond me that I am not able to access this app! Was informed by text message from AT&T that now that I made a change to my plan, that this service was available to me at no extra charge. No extra charge for an app that I cannot open? If I was paying for this service, would I still not be able to access? Maybe it is finally time that I make a change!
  • Add better channels

    Would be better worth paying the extra $$$ on my monthly bill if you added a sports channel like ESPN. If I’m paying for the service than you need to have better channels to provide better content. Oh and not to mention the app needs major upgrades to the user interface. You can tell the layout of the app is very outdated.
