  • Very bad experience

    Horrible free service way too many adds, for every 5 minutes of movie on HBO they play 10 minutes of ads.
  • App is so bad!!!! Waste of time timing to stream on it.

    Ads that play in during the show never load and your left with a blank screen or take 3 min between ads to start the next one. Which means you spend 10mins 7 times a show in this process.

    I tried connecting via my Verizon cell (through my company) and thought maybe it will not allow streaming on a competitors network. We have 3 phones and an iPad for my wife and kids through ATT all unlimited plan... so I tried on my wife’s phone... and a couple 4K fire sticks.... they all say the same thing... oops... something went wrong... try again later... only to realize this happens to 80% of the people that try to use it. I would try to call ATT but that always scares me because I have home internet, home security, directv, and 4 cell plans and when I call I am usually sent back and fourth between directv and att and no one seems to know how to help... always trying to pass you to someone else... if I stopped paying one of those bills I bet they could locate that account very quickly... needless to say I will eventually be moving all services away from them as soon as my contracts are up.... avoid att
  • App issues

    First of all I really enjoyed the variety of shows and channels I could watch but I have been having problems with the app for at least 3 months now. I can’t even log in anymore. I’ve even had the workers at the store try to help me on a couple different occasions, just in case I was doing it wrong. And they couldn’t even get it to work. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing has changed. I really wish that the issue, whatever it may be, would get fixed. Before the problems I really enjoyed the app and I didn’t even mind the ads. So hopefully y’all can get the issues fixed.
  • Soooo Bad!

    The app functions and most of the streams are crisp and in good color. And that’s about it for the good. The bad, its interface is confusing and difficult to use especially when you’re trying to watch non-live shows. That’s if you can get anything non-live to actually play without error codes and just blank black screens. The audio for commercials is horrible. Some of the ads blast out at EXTREMELY high volumes. This seams like it’s something someone should have address in an Alpha build with unified volume requirements for all ads. It’s to the point that the blasting commercials make it unwatchable. Essentially AT&T’s leadership should have paid more attention to the development of this service. From it’s look and function, it’s obviously an afterthought that executives didn’t see the need to pour enough money into for a polished and solid product. But then again that’s what AT&T does… Just good enough....Make a profit....Move on... they will take what we give them. And this is exactly why AT&T’s image is so poor.

  • Could be better, but it’s actually not bad

    I don’t watch on my phone or iPad, but I did purchase the new Apple TV specifically for this app. When it works, I’d give it 5 stars... but it glitches pretty often. Randomly, I’ll get “Oops, we’re experiencing problems” messages... but this has been less frequent in recent weeks compared to when we first downloaded the app a few months ago. It was so persistent when we first started using it, we almost gave up... but the glitches seem to have steadily been decreasing... this leads me to believe they’re actively working on issues. Honestly, for what you get (between service plan and this TV app), it feels like a steal. I would recommend with a caveat to have a little patience.
  • Oops, Something Went Wrong

    When I sign in I get a message every time that says “Oops, something went wrong, please try again later”. I don’t know when later is, but multiple days later it’s saying the same thing. I’m paying for this, hopefully it’s fixed soon.
  • We need the corporate death penalty

    Literally AT&T should be executed for this app and service. It will use tons of your data for ads.
