  • Download app

Can not get it to download from here or app
  • Ok, odd updates and costly

    By SalisburySam
Seems to work all right but I’m not sure how I’d know for sure. I find it expensive at about $145/year for my licenses. What is strange to me is how long an update download takes. This relatively small program can take several minutes to complete while much larger programs (Office) are downloaded in seconds. I don’t get that.
  • Norton 360 app freezes and will not update

    By The Eastside Assassin
I’ll have LifeLock ultimate and the Norton 360 VPN app. I have had trouble for the longest time and it’s a crapshoot whether or not this app will update through iTunes. The status wheel freezes and eventually will return to update status again. I have had just about enough of this and I wanna know what’s going on.
  • Pretty great but

How maddening is it when the scans begin and the most inopportune time and it locks or slows your work to a crawl. There should be a way to momentarily halt the scans to continue on your work.
  • App Not Updating

    By SFCheckit
In order to update this app on an Apple device, you have to restart the device at least once (but sometimes twice). Norton is the ONLY app across all of my Apple devices that cannot just download the update like a normal app. When you hit update, the app downloads until it is 3/4 of the circle and then it just gets stuck. It won’t correct until the device is restarted, one time I had to restart twice. This problem happens every single time and it’s been going on for years. Contacting customer support won’t get anything done. Hi Norton, you need to fix this NOW
  • Terrible support!

    By Dr. Rick K
When the software works, it’s okay. But when it stops working then it’s impossible to get help! The “support community” is useless and there is no way to submit a problem ticket or speak to a real person! Norton wants to sell you a separate customer support service to fix problems with their crappy software.
  • Latest update caused chaos

    By Liasmiles
Ever since the last update even my home screen gives the ‘Unsafe Site’ warning. So everything else does too, obviously 🤣🤣 This happens occasionally with their updates. It gets fixed eventually, but until then, you simply want to uninstall or throw your phone 😤
  • Someone is sending this from my iPhone

I am not using this app. There people up above my head in my iPhone 14+ You need to check the settings for this. I don’t play any kind of games.
  • Private wifi network repeatedly flagged as “suspicious network”

    By astrofan24
Norton360 keeps annotating my network as “compromised by an attacker recently”.. how do I understand what it saw to trigger that. Where are the details. I subscribe to NETGEAR defender built into my router dashboard that monitors my traffic and it has not flagged anything,. I’ve reinstalled the app, power cycled everthing, updated all firmware, forgot network and logged back in, no change. NETGEAR defender tells me when it sees something suspicious, and gives a detail “I.e. this ip address xx.xx.xx.etc attempted to access your network”. I then know what happened. Is the suspicious network flag simply because some person’s WiFi local network at was compromised and it randomly matches mine?, Please how do I get details. This problem is noted in Norton community by others but no help ever has come to anyone from the company on that site. Perhaps it was private fix later? I have searched the Norton knowledge base no notes. There is no email address or phone number to call for support that I’ve been told. Can someone tell me how to reach someone in the company to help?

On an iPad with a keyboard attached, Norton stays in portrait mode which makes it appear sideways on the screen. It will not rotate as almost all other apps do. It is not a matter of rotate lock on. There is no reason for it not to rotate except for the programmers who coded it without ability to be usable on an iPad with attached keyboard
