    The app has been having issues and there is not IT support! App hasn’t had a home button for months. I can’t scan in to any location. I have to check in and depending on the location you may encounter rude security that don’t want to help and may even make you late. I hope they can update the app soon I’m a hard worker and this app isn’t working with me

    It’s awful ever update makes it worse , all the updates say “bug fixes and app improvements “ , but the improvements make more bugs. Just fix the bugs and leave it alone. Stop moving buttons around and adding pop ups. What use to take 2 minutes will take 20 now waiting on pop ups to load and crash the app

    As a driver of Amazon freight partners, I must say since I’ve been using this app for over three years this new update that was released six days ago has been the worst experience I have ever had since using this app. It is sluggish. It’s glitching all over the place And it’s not even usable anymore. Please developer if you’re looking at this those buck fixes you said you fix you just made them 1 million times worse.!!!! From upload to the BOL, to the navigation glitching out, to the very slow response of every single command that I put in it is just on usable please fix ASAP!!!!!

    App keeps crashing and it spams you with pop ups every time you try to go back to Home Screen. Customer service takes forever and 9/10 times it’s some person from India who barely understands English. We are overworked and underpaid. We should expect better from trillion dollar companies.
