    I rarely leave a review but this app is so frustrating to use. Crashes all the time doing basic navigation and don’t even think about trying to cast to a smar tv. Gosh do you guys even test this stuff before releasing it? Do better

  • Interpretive content then scammy renewal

    The content wasn’t for me being that I’m looking for actual learning material. I don’t learn by listening to other people’s life events. Then they tried to charge me after I cancelled subscription a year later. SAVE PROOF OF CANCELLATION if you do.

  • No renewal reminder and refund option

    I did not get a renewal reminder and got charged. There is no refund option. Renewal reminder are mandatory as per California’s law last time I checked 🤷‍♂️

  • Learning is fun!

    I am thoroughly enjoying Masterclass this far. The classes are amazing! They go in depth and are very detailed. They have some wonderful teachers on this platform as well. However, I do wish the app was a bit more user friendly. I wish I could swipe out of it and still be able to listen to the content. It isn’t too difficult to navigate but it could be better. Some of the short videos stay open at the bottom of the page when I’m on my home screen and I’d really like to be able to close those out. This app is worth the price as well! I believe I purchased during the Labor Day sale and I’m so glad I did! I’ve already completed almost 4 classes in a couple weeks. It has been an exciting journey!

    So far I love the content. The frustrations that might keep me from paying beyond my trial: not all able to be downloaded. Doesn’t auto-play in the series. Hard to find multiple classes I’m listening to, and finding my last spot. Would love but not required: Suggestions based on previous Classes

  • Not for use offline

    While I loved the context it was a poor experience trying to use offline. After months of trying to get help with my issues (app struggled to load, many viewing glitches, app could not track progress for classes watched offline, etc) I gave up and asked for a refund for the half year remaining (since reporting). They only agree to a small $30 refund.

  • Customer Service is Good But Random Features Don’t Work

    I am attempting to help my mother with unlinking her account from her google account and so we emailed customer service about it and they gave us very good, specific instructions! However, those good instructions did not work when it cane to verifying her account. We got it to send an email to her account to verify her email and we received the email with the link to verify and it takes us to the safari version which says “switch to the app” even though the app doesn’t allow you to change password or verify at all. So I go to settngs on the safari version and it turns out the link they sent to her email didn’t even work. (Tried multiple times) and it’s just quite annoying to email customer service multiple times to do something which has always been quite easy for me in the past.

  • App is glitchy

    I’ve had masterclass for three days now and even though I love the classes, but I am having a lot of trouble with the glitchy app. It freezes in the middle of the streaming and I have to close the app and rerun it. Anyone else having this problem?
