    I LOVE Masterclass but the app keeps crashing and I can’t watch my courses. It will not cast, and it keeps restarting, and freezing.
  • Family plan is a scam

    I singed up for family plan. However, it doesn’t let me create separate accounts for my kids. It forces me to only login with my personal gmail. So there is no way to sign in separately. When I try to reset password, it doesn’t give you reset option, forces back you to the Gmail login.
  • Guarantee is Real

    The quality is good but I didn’t find the particular courses I was looking for (on narration, voiceover, podcasting). They are serious about the 30-day money back guarantee, I sent one simple email and they refunded directly. That’s a first in my life! I Would sign up again when my projects better match their classes.
  • Unable to sign

    I habe been unable to sign at all. I initially creates an account using my google account $180 is already charged to my card and I am not able to access anything.

    It’s impossible to sign into the app via Google identity, and the App Support link on the iOS page goes to a blank page. Tapping on “sign in with Google” brings up a confirmation box, and then the app dismisses the sign in before you can do anything about it. Because the App Support link is also broken, reviews are the only way to report an issue. Possibly the app has just been abandoned.
  • Terrible App

    The classes I’ve watched are marvelous, but the way the app functions is horrible. It’s so difficult to use that I tried to cancel my subscription but it was too late.
  • Interface is awful

    Content aside, the user interface is terrible. Simple things, like removing a class you don’t want to finish can’t be done — but they don’t tell you the process, which is contacting them to do it for you! If your account was a gift, you meed to give them info about the gifter, even when you’re signed in and they can see your account. Just nuts!
  • Classes are ok: recurring annual fee is hard to stop

    Any organization that creates any hurdle to discontinue service is lacking integrity and showing low faith in their own quality. It sure was easy to sign up. Not easy to get stop.

    This app is infuriating. It freezes constantly. Won’t stream to my TV half the time, and only plays in 10 second spurts the other half.
  • The subscription sucksbulked twice and no offer of a refund

    I was unable to speak to anyone and unable to resolve the issue they double billing they got $400 from me and when I canceled no refund just have access for a full year lucky me. 😭😭😭🥺☹️
