    Full disclosure: I am currently an AT&T, and have been for the past 22 years; however, let me state here, unequivocally, this app is amazing! This app is such an Improvement on the process for checking, updating and monitoring your home network I can’t believe it! The UI is intuitive and logical. It performs flawlessly in that it consistently does — seamlessly — what it purports to do. This app was a joy to use and is a critical asset to have in maintaining your home network.

    I hate that I got my equipment 2 days early but I had to wait for it to be activated (rolls eyes) other than that, I love it! I can literally do everything from my phone.
  • Boil an egg?

    If I were the developer, I’d try to make this app run a little bit slower. As it is, I ALMOST have enough time to boil an egg before the app opens (MOST times with a friendly “We are experiencing a temporary system blah-blah-blah...”), but not QUITE. I like the yolk to be a bit more firm. (IPhone XR, latest iOS, restarted, deleted/re-added app, etc etc..)

    Seriously, it takes forever to load. Not just when you open it, but also when you switch tabs. The information is not accurately displayed, and if the connected devices change while you have the app open, it doesn’t update. You have to close and reopen the app to get an update. Additionally, I’m less than impressed with the internet service. I’ve had it less than a week. I’ve Had to reboot the modem almost daily, it randomly Kicks devices off, and there’s no way to switch between whether you’re using 5g or 2g. Very unhappy.

    I had a week and a half of service then it went down for 3 weeks. When I finally got a technician out here, he got it going again but this application still sees it as down. I have reached out to them several times with no reply. My patience is thin
