  • Unfinished and pointless

This app does not do anything actually, and isn’t even a finished product. Example: you’ll only look at it when there’s an outage, but the interface is chock full of exposed string names which the end user should never see. Like seeing {{durationExpandedHeader}} instead of titles or seeing {{reasonOutage}} instead of an actual reason. Just go to the web, if you can. Try harder, AT&T, and maybe pay attention to the QA department’s feedback, if you have any.

I can get logged in. “Your network control features are unavailable.” The troubleshooting is unhelpful. This has been the situation for this app for at least a month.

When the app actually works, it’s great for parental control. Lately I’ve been having issues with the app though. It seems to fail at times when I want to pause or change the time the internet blocks on certain devices, I’ll just start getting a “looks like we’re having some trouble” message. It’s frustrating if I actually want to change up something on the app.

I am connected to the wifi from the AT&T device. It’s the only wifi in the house and yet this app keeps saying “you are not connected to main wifi”
  • Worse Wifi Manager Ever

Devices connected to your wifi are not labeled in the app so you have to find the MAC address for each device then match to what’s connected to wifi through the app. The MAC addresses do not match devices connected to your wifi. This prevents you from pausing the wifi connections. Once you finally figure out how to pause a device. It takes too long to gain wifi connection after devices are unpaused. This is ridiculous!!
  • Bogus fee and Horrible service

I’ve had enough of AT&T. They sneak in bogus fees that make no sense, and trying to get clarity from their customer service is a nightmare. Long hold times, rude representatives, and no real solutions. It’s clear they care more about profits than their customers. If you’re with AT&T, I recommend making the switch as soon as possible. You’ll save money, avoid the headache, and likely get much better service elsewhere!
