Good Day,
The App is the best, most issues are resolved quickly, but issues with exporting out 4K video have increased. Video export cancels, then it will continue to pull so much from the iPhone that the screen goes black, even if it’s not the active window. You’ll have to lock & unlock to regain your screen. Then as you try to close it, it literally causes the whole iPhone OS to stagger, until finally closed. I know it can be a power hungry app when exporting, but you got to manage this beast a little more lol
Of course once patched up, the rating will change back.
It’s a great app, but just need to put more light on this issue.

For the ones that are hustling and bustling each and every day creating content or running small businesses wearing multiple hats, highly recommend Video weep. I never leave reviews on any app, but I wanted other creators to know. This app is epic and cuts a lot of time and $ money down

This company is completely unethical. I canceled my trial on time and well within the cancellation window, yet they went ahead and charged me four months in a row anyway. I reached out immediately, only to be told by someone named Ben that I “wasn’t eligible for a refund.” That’s absurd.
I followed their rules, canceled when I was supposed to, and they still kept billing me. This feels like a scam — plain and simple. Either their system is deliberately rigged to ignore cancellations, or they just don’t care about their customers once they have your credit card info.
Do not trust this service. Canceling on time doesn’t mean a thing to them, and they’ll fight you on refunds for charges you never authorized.

DO NOT Purchase. Horrible customer service. They have you subscribed in two different spots so if you cancel one they get you on the other one. Just choose a different app!!!

Was advertised a monthly subscription of $10 a month and that's stated on their website. Has been charging me $10 a week for the past few months. Will be talking to Apple and PayPal to get my money back. Business ethics are as bad as the app is good. Don't get me wrong, it's a great application, but you shouldn't be scamming your customers.
