    I don’t have any major issues with the company however this app is extremely terrible. I have a cell plan that gives me benefits but are only accessible through this app. It won’t log me in and when I call customer service they won’t provide me any fixes.

    I don’t think it’s fair that everyone pays for service but it’s a first come first serve I been reloading the app and still saying everything has been claimed I’m not liking this app at all y’all need to change it every customer should be able to get perks plus the apps keeps me logged out and takes forever to login me back in

    The app doesn’t even open and the links inside of the AT&T billing app never work for the so-called thanks offers either. I’m not sure why, it’s odd. Thanks has been deleted and my business with AT&T has started migrating to T-Mobile.

    i wanted to get the starbucks gift card so bad i have been trying for days, i missed the time frame of 11 central time so finally today i sent and alarm i logged in exactly at 11:00am and as i was putting my name and email i click claim gift and it said “all gifts have been claimed” it took me 10 seconds to type in my info and puff the offered expired in 10 seconds are you kidding me, i even screen recored the on my phone to make sure

    When giving benefits to your customers it should be to ALL of your customers not first come first serve, we pay a fortune monthly it’s great you run deals like grab a free 5$ gift card or something like that but you need to offer it to every customer and not have a claim limit, what a joke

    Wow. Just wow. A pathetic attempt to legally harvest data from your phone so it may sell it to advertisers. I really wish people would read the terms of service and privacy agreement prior to downloading and using this trash. If they did their wouldn’t be a single positive review. Then again some people don’t care about their privacy if they can get a free cup of coffee or a movie ticket. At&t has done a great job over the last few years of turning their name into one synonymous with scam, crooks & frauds. I once would’ve sworn by AT&T and now as soon as I am able I’ll never go near another AT&T product or service again. I was a with the company when they were cellular one then AT&T then Cingular and back to AT&T but that kind of loyalty is rewarded with shotty customer service, a charge for something they “lost” oh and let’s not forget an app that harvests information that they turn around and make even more money on their customers with and call it a “thank you”. I take my blame I was blinded by the free phone every other year but the best move they made for me any way was pretending to discontinue contracts when in reality they’ve just altered them without giving the consumer any benefit unless they pay for their phone outright and if you don’t their early termination fee now is the full price of the phone and not the rate they advertise it for. Now that you’ve removed any actual benefit to being a customer and being treated like I’m valued for the thousands of dollars you’ve taken over the years you’ve also given me reasons to read ALL the policies and terms of service so I’m never screwed over again.
