This app has literally everything you need to take your socials to the next level, if you aren’t using this already, hop on it immediately!

Created a biosite using the app however now I can’t access it, it just tells me to update the app (even though it’s already updated. This means that everything I have using a QR code directing to my biosite is now outdated. Very disappointing.

I enjoy using Unfold for fun social media posts, but the program compresses the heck out of the images when you export out of Unfold. Really the most disappointing part of it.

I bought the Plus subscription, only to realize that I can’t even edit the photo/video length in the templates. It’s very annoying because the templates are cute, but I can hardly customize them. That’s my biggest annoyance because the only way to change the video clip or photo length is to create the reel from scratch, but I bought the app so I wouldn’t have to do that. I also thought that there would have been a lot more reel templates, but the selection pretty limited so I’ll run out quickly. I guess that’s my fault for not looking more in-depth, but this app is advertised as a reel app. One would think they’d have a ton of reel options with editing features that allow for customization. It would be really nice if I could save the video without the music, too. The music is on the exported video, even when I turn it off in the app. Anyway, I won’t be renewing my subscription unless they enable editing in the pre-designed reels and add more reel templates. It’s not worth the price to me as-is.

You used to have so many more options available and now everything I need to pay for. So disappointed, TEZZA now is my go to

I bought a subscription for this because I like the ability to create carousel posts with their template. To my dismay, creating carousel posts for instagram for more than two images is a PAID OPTION. I am using this interchangeably with scrl and if I only knew that that option was locked, I should have gone full scrl instead

Got an email from Squarespace today about Unfold. Decided to try it out. Downloaded it. Tried recording a video. App crashed. Tried again, crash. Tried a few more times. Looked for a “help” or contact us in the app. Didn’t see it. Went to the website, followed some troubleshooting tips. Crashed. Deleted. Yes, my phone is up to date. It’s also a 16. Yes, I turned my phone on and off again. No, I’m not checking my router and wifi bc every other app and video app are working fine.
