Wish I could give this App a 10 star rating. I have been using Castbox App for many years now (since it was free). Of all the ones I have tried I find this one to be simple easiest and straightforward. I like that its not to many bells and whistles. Tech support is always on the ball with immediate response to an issue I might experience. Thanks Castbox for making my daily routine smooth and easy. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been using Castbox for years and love it. I love that I can keep my car library of podcasts organized, get recommendations, read what others are saying, etc. I recently got a new phone and had trouble getting my account synced over. I contacted them and they patiently emailed back and forth with me until we got it worked out. Great support!

Like many others, I had become frustrated with the Apple Podcast app, and wanted more options. Years ago, I found Castbox, and liked it so much I eventually subscribed. A couple weeks ago, users started to get an ad error, where the app would restart the podcast after the first ad break, and whenever you tried to fast forward or rewind through an episode. It made the app difficult to use, and people wrote reviews to say as much. With this update, however, the issue has been resolved, and it seems like we are back to normal. The developers did a great job of replying to reviews and in getting the issue fixed quickly. I appreciate the effort they put into making this app great, and communicating with the users. Thanks! This app continues to be the finest podcast app available, and it’s good to know the developers are working to keep it that way!

This is my third one star review for this app. The devs can’t stop getting in their own way with bad updates. Now episodes start from the beginning every time I try to fast forward. Other people have been reporting it but apparently there’s no urgency to resolve. Good thing there are great competitive apps instead.

The app restarts the podcasts after the second add. It’s getting frustrating to use and I’ll probably cancel my paid subscription and find another app to use.

One of my favorite apps, It’s unique

The podcast plays and then restarts for unknown reasons so you never get the end. I finally gave up. Never did this before frustrating and disappointing!

Castbox has been my #1 go to podcast app for years now, and I recently sprang for the yearly membership to upgrade and now as of the few days, episodes are restarting from the beginning after an ad break halfway through the episode. I haven't been able to complete a full episode across multiple different shows since in several days now! Super frustrating

I have used this app for years and never had an issue with it till now. All last week, my shows would restart after the second add. I've had to delete this off my phone and re download to see if it was just an update glitch but this is the third time. I very much dislike the Apple Podcasts layout. And I've only used this one. Please whatever is going on fix it. I've tried troubleshooting it on my end and it seems that I'm not the only one.
