    Ads on top of ads. Tons of ads all over the screen. Not able to advance the podcast 30 secs or go back 15 secs. That functionality is now missing. With all the aforementioned, this app is slop. DELETED

    I understand that ads are a reality of the modern web space, but until you find a way to implement them in a manner that isn’t incredibly obnoxious, I will not be using this app. Too many better alternatives.

    The convenience of this app is gone. I can’t open the app without an ad. I can’t change screens IN THE MENU, without getting ads. I can’t look at my list of downloads without looking at an ad anymore. I liked this app because it automatically downloaded podcasts. I’m not paying for another service.

  • Missing several features that other apps do really well

    I keep coming to try this app every once and a while but it's still missing some key features. - no ability to quickly tap on a timestamp to skip ahead. When you're at the now playing screen, there's to direct way to open up the episodes description and tap on a timestamp. You have to go all the way back to the list of episodes, tap the episode, then scroll down and tap the time stamp. Why isn't the episode easily accessible from the now playing screen? - no syncing of progress between the mobile app and browser. - no ability to change the FF/RW time interval - no "play next" option. Forces you to make a playlist. (A play next button could easily add the episode to whatever playlist you're already listening to, or auto make a playlist for you)

    Crazy to me this app is so highly rated. It constantly errors and marks already played podcasts as unplayed, and re-adds them to the queue. The adds are incredibly intrusive and not just billboard banner ads.

    I’ve used this app for a long time and lately episodes on several different podcasts have been skipping both forward and backward. Sometimes missing almost an entire story. It’s very disappointing. And it’s not the show doing it, because I can listen to the same episode on another app and it doesn’t skip in the same spots. Pretty frustrating and it’s been the last five episodes in a row this week. But it’s been going on for longer. I like that you can make a playlist to listen to, so if the glitches are taken care of, it would be perfect for me

    I actually came here just to leave a review and I NEVER leave reviews. The ads are horrendous and getting more intrusive with every update. When I see an update I just know it’s a new way to throw full screen ads in. I can’t watch another timed ad with a snake chasing a king. Finding a new podcast app unfortunately because this one used to be great.
