Have been having issues with calls and texts not being received on the customers end even though it looks like it went through on my end without a problem. Tried contacting support multiple times and they've done nothing about it and have been zero help. Taking days to reply to me or not replying at all. I would delete the app and use something else but I already have the number printed on my business cards. Very dissapointed.

Not sure what happened. It used to be awesome. Now it’s super buggy. Only receive calls on my cell if I leave the screen up and on the app. Customer support isn’t helpful at all. Go back to the way it used to be.
Gave my CC info. No live support for starter plan. Verified my ID. Can’t make calls

Really broken product. I attempted to sign up for the starter plan. Not cheap. I got a number, but nothing works. I can’t test the service or call my dad (domestic number) neither on desktop nor iPhone. Zero support or onboarding help. Zendesk tickets to a void so far.
I will need to find another solution. Looks better than it is in practice I guess. I’ll never know 🤷♂️
Lacking in two key areas

We are using this as a temporary solution for a small all volunteer-run nonprofit and are generally happy in that the app does what it says it does at the non-pro tier. However, there are two features we could really use but that this app as a standalone is lacking — and the reason we are giving this 3 stars.
1) bulk texting. something as simple as sending 50 messages that we are rained out for the day and won’t be racing, or our weekly schedule look ahead, is a task that should take 30 seconds but actually takes 15 minutes because I have to send individual texts to each member who opted in unless I want everyone to have everyone else’s phone number. Like I can understand a limited usage of maybe 50 messages at a time if security and abuse is a concern. That would still take considerably less time.
2) automatic replies should have an option to be limited to new numbers. This way clients having a conversation with us don’t keep getting the same auto reply. The auto reply works great for people opting in to our updates, but doesn’t make sense if, for example, someone gives a thumbs up to a shared image.
Please add these below the pro level or for a small additional fee for us small non profits orgs and family businesses — we would be grateful!

How can you use a service that continually drops call and will not connect. Very disappointing as we wanted this to be our solution for our team but it simply will not work for a business that actually needs to connect with potential customers.

Be Aware after subscription on the app you are obligated to register on third-party. Website and pay $19 for business registration , to be able to use the app on full ( Voice and Message) of course the registration can’t be approved and resubmitted will cost again and again each time $19 scammers , automated costumer support Ai , you never be able to used the app on total full service, only phone call . I do this because people don’t get scam again. I reported with apple App Store to be aware of this new operating scams system.

The open phone app is the worst. Customer service is nothing but bots; there is no live person to speak with. Please don't use it
