Love this app, easy to use, but lately it’s been crashing a lot.

It’s good but I’d like to have more surveys to take so it would be worth my time.

I’ve been participating in Google Opinion Rewards for a few years now and they don’t come that often When they do come the most I’ve ever gotten off one is about 40c I do a lot of shopping online and in-store but I get fewer surveys each month.

All of a sudden, the receipts are taking hours to process and you’re unable to upload any more. It was better before the last update.

Too few surveys. Especially low payout compared to others. The receipts can’t be uploaded. There’s been a glitch for last 2 weeks.

I have used the app for awhile now, the payout has definitely decreased over the last couple of years. I also noticed that my receipt takes a long time to get submitted, and sometimes it does move for days. I wish google can fix that because it’s very frustrating when you can’t scan receipts. Another thing is that I barely receive surveys now, so the payout is a lot less.

How do we send ereceipts to them, please?

I love surveys, and I love that this survey app is accessible.
