As a disabled Vietnam veteran with a limited income, I filed a claim and was told my deductible of $249 would be sent however, after returning the replacement device, and it being scanned,my reimbursement has not been mailed.

After 2 years that I’m paying 20 dollars a month my back screen broke and I filled out a claim. My deductible would be 110 dollars!!!! WHAT?? Why am I paying for insurance if you’re charging me almost as much as if I had no insurance?? USELESS.
