    This app is decent. I tried a lot of these spam blocking apps and they all had major drawbacks. I stop using a spam blocking app if I’m reporting more spam than is being blocked. This app has a bug where sometimes it does not import the call list. I’m not sure if it’s an iPhone-only bug. It’s probably what leads to some spam not being blocked. For example, no calls have been imported by this app since Wednesday and now it’s Friday.

    The one thing that this should prevent, SPAM texts, it absolutely fails at. In 2023, almost 2024, blocking SPAM texts should be simple. Especially with everything being digital and occurring over switched networks where authentication is required but it isn’t. This app should fill that gap and it doesn’t, so it is useless. What is the real purpose for this app if it cannot even do that?

    It appears that each time I open Calls, the total number of calls analyzed changes! Most of the time, the number decreases. However today the number went up! Why is this so inconsistent?

    Can’t sign in on the app it keeps saying we hit the snag error code. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but for days it has not let me logged in. I have the business plan with AT&T so I really need this to work.

    When I go into the account settings and try to add my personal info like extra email addresses and phone numbers it doesn’t let me do that. Really frustrating. It just keeps saying setup needed.
