Saw the app came with free credits so bought the app to find out it does not. Needed to do a 1 time fax… Was able to get my fax done with a different product. Will be reporting this app to apple services. To get my money back. You are not able to use or fax without the credits and the apps write up says it comes with 60 credits which in the app should be enough to fax 3 pages. Once you have the app and try to fax, there are no credits available unless you buy them. Hate apps that misrepresent.

Seems like a scam the more I try to use this app. Can only fax max of 10 pages at a time, not disclosed at time of purchase. Original $3.99 dollars did not provide any printing credits. Repetitive glitches. App cuts out in the middle of taking photos of documents multiple times so you must re attempt. App cuts out in the middle of making selections. Terrible waste of my time and money. Then I wasted even more time trying 30 nick names just to post this review to same others the hassle. Save your peace.

Fairly easy to use. However, description says 60 fax credits (10 credits per page) comes with app purchase at first open. However, credit was not there and had to authorize another payment to send fax. Better than weekly/monthly/annual subscriptions other apps require, but they should have not said that app purchase comes w credits when it doesn’t.

I am asking for my money back. It shows pictures that you can get documents from all of the different apps. And it is not supported by goggle so I could not upload or do anything else.

I sent one fax weeks ago. However, I wanted to send a new fax and the user interface provided no way for me to create anew fax. I clicked on every button, tried restarting the program, and even attempted contacting customer service. Do these developers actually attempt to go through their own App to find issueslike this? Very frustrating to attempt a simple feat like sending a FAX and cant seem to find how to even begin!

This app crashes 10 times to use it once. It is unreliable- I have sent faxes that companies have never received. Today, for the last hour, I haven’t even been able to open it. The high ratings may have come from an android device that works with this better? But I am so unimpressed.

I bought this APP for work. I researched all APPS thinking this one was great did I mention it comes with credits. Fifteen minutes maybe longer after subscribing to this app the credits for faxing disappeared. No I have not faxed a thing nothing just downloaded. I believe this App is a scam. So far it has not impressed me but take my money and credits.

I just bought this garbage pay $3.99 for the App and $39.95 for the Credits guess what already stole 50 points and the fax was never send I downloaded another App which was free and only paid $2.95 for 250 points and Boon it works better than this ripp of App I was trying to contact customer service and there is no phone number also said I don’t have an account set up but how can they take $43.00 Dollars if I don’t have and account Crooks Crooks
