June’s Journey: Hidden Objects

I’m not interested in new adventures. I like the way I’ve been playing but now you’re forcing me to download a new version! I’M NOT INTERESTED! I’m 70 years old and HATE CHANGE! AND I CANNOT PAY TO PLAY! I don’t have any money, the greedy democrats stole it when they robbed social security!

This game used to be fun, but now it’s plain unfair. I would give this game -100 stars if possible, and anyone giving this game more than one star at this point is either crazy or hasn’t played long enough and will soon downgrade their review. The special, limited time rounds are impossible to beat. The one where you investigate areas with your teammates is impossible. My teammates and I have to play dozens of rounds each to find one clue, and the event is only available for a couple days. Sometimes you get 12% progress for a perfect round, sometimes you get 5% for a perfect round. It’s completely arbitrary and unfair. The most green badges you can store is 300, but that’s not enough to solve a 3-clue sector, even when you solve every picture perfectly. I ran out of time in a 3-clue sector after having the maximum number of green badges plus earning more by playing hidden object scenes with more than a full bar of energy after using a star booster AND buying over 100 more green badges with diamonds. I was 2% away from clearing the third sector when I ran out of time and had to play the third sector over again after buying green badges with my diamonds (and I still haven’t cleared it, because I’m only getting like 6% progress even for perfect rounds). In what universe is that fair? I’ve won Sweep the Board twice. I guess that’s too much winning for the developers of this game, because I’m simply not allowed to win anymore. Now I’m getting to the second to last or last round and not finding the last item, which is probably not even there. Then when I finally find something that I couldn’t find before, they suddenly introduce new things that you have to find that are either not there or impossible to find. Conveniently, there’s never a free hint available when I need to find this nonexistent thing. I also found all of the items, but even though I clicked on all of them, it acted like I didn’t and then I ran out of time. I just played the final round of Sweep the Board and was about to win. I clicked on the last item, and it said Time’s Up, even though I clicked on the final item to win. I had paid 35 diamonds (which is insane considering how long it takes to accumulate those) in a previous round so I couldn’t use more diamonds to earn more time. Obviously the game knows what you can and can’t pay for, so once I didn’t have enough diamonds to win the round, it decided to act like I didn’t find the final item for time to run out. Obviously I’m not going to pay real money for this cheating game! And it needs to specify what it wants you to find for some of these things. Is a “bow” a tied bow? A violin bow? A bow and arrow bow? It’s one thing to be challenging, but it’s quite another to waste people’s time, make the game unfair, and purposely frustrate people by giving them impossible tasks. I’m ready to delete this game unless they make it fair. I will not pay for any part of a game that is impossible and unfair.

I loved this game, June and Jack are an amazing couple! I had 7 islands, many friends, loved the competition games…. Very addictive and I spent a lot of money too, getting the game to move along faster. I have now deleted thr game, I was very disappointed that June was in love with a girl —. Really? That wasn’t necessary— I had my little grand children sometimes help me find objects—. This made me sick. I will not conform nor adapt.

I was planing and loved Junes Journey. How ever I go to first level at the end and it will not load. It eventually loaded again fun game solving mysteries.

This game is so much fun. I am so glad I downloaded it. I enjoy playing this.

Editing to add a warning for those who spend on games - the prices will RAPIDLY increase for both in-game and Playtika web shop purchases. The more you spend, the higher they price! One player will get an offer for 2.99 that may cost you 29.99. The game’s response is that offers are tailored to your playing experience but the reality is they are manipulating players who spend. Still love the game-just hate the greed! I love this game! Really love it! But you stop getting materials AND compasses (which are required to expand your island) during game play or only get the materials you already have way too many of. It truly is designed to be addictive AND to manipulate you into spending money. I don’t like that - there is a way to balance profit and game experience so both sides benefit. #corporategreedwinsagain I contacted support about the materials and compasses no longer showing up and was given a copy/paste of the FAQ article on materials as if I can’t read what the chatbot has already posted. So here I am grinding it out, sticking with it, but also feeling like the honeymoon is over and I’m already looking for a good divorce lawyer. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Few games can keep my interest for more than a few months at best. But this game is the exception. I’ve crossed the year mark and still going strong. The side games, special events keep it interesting and the developers do a good job of finding new twists to keep you around. Worth the investment, that’s today’s game play. One issue …. recently the game has been crashing on me which is frustrating. Hopefully we can identify the problem soon!

I downloaded this game through Benjamin to earn a few dollars while I played the game. Halfway through they wiped out my game off of their sight and I received no more money. My time was not nearly up because I played everyday for two weeks. Supposed to be a 30 day thing but bam! No more money. Stopped just before I could draw out my funds. The game is fun but don’t fall for these pay as you play apps. Nothing but ripoffs. I’m angry!

I love this game very much. It’s a lot of fun, but it can also be frustrating. When playing the different side games, the time limits at times are done so you have to spend diamonds or you lose your progress. I’ve also noticed it will freeze in certain areas and then I lose, when I would’ve won and progressed had it not froze. It’s not my internet as I don’t have this issue with any other game, and it only happens with the side games. Overall, a very entertaining and enjoyable game. Been playing it for a few years now.
