    I love this game, but every time I play it for the last few weeks, it kicks me out of the game between every minute and 3 minutes. It doesn’t matter what challenge I am working on, same thing. Very frustrating because I don’t play very long anymore, and sometimes even skip it. Update: I have updated literally everything I can and it still kicks me out constantly. I am unable to help my team in challenges because I get kicked out every few levels. Debating getting rid of the game altogether. I here spent so much money…

  • Need more snippets less Deja vu

    Work and work to get the snippet packs and open and they are all Deja Vu time after time. Make it so you have a fair chance of finishing it. Getting pretty tired of doing every event and end up with nothing

  • Constantly getting kicked out of game!

    Every time I play I get kicked out. If I’ve earned any points they’re lost when I go back in I can’t seem to play more than a couple of minutes before getting kicked off the game. This is the only game this happens with please get this fixed.

    I like the story and enjoy playing, but the frequency with which I get kicked out of the game is ridiculous. I downloaded the updated game this morning as prompted, downloaded the most recent update to my iPAD, then played for 30 minutes. I was kicked out 9 times. By kicked out, I mean the app closed and I had to reload it NINE times.

    This is a great game but it takes real determination to play nowadays Bc of the ads not loading properly and getting kicked off the game at LEAST every 5 minutes. I’ve lost so much energy and gifts playing levels over and over again to try to make progress but it’s getting worse. Hopefully updating works Bc it’s really ridiculous now.

  • Keep getting kicked out.

    Have been having trouble with both loading (get stuck @28%) and getting kicked out mid-play. Have now gotten kicked out 3x in a row during Sweep The Board; it’s used up almost all of my tickets! Please fix and/or give additional tickets. Very frustrating!

    The game continues to stop after about 1 min of play. Occasionally, it will let me play for about 1/2 hour. It also doesn’t always register my progress. I am not tech savvy and do not want to try to reinstall the game and lose my progress. Anything you can do on your end to help? Thanks

    I have been playing this game for a couple of years and until now it was fine. I can’t play without getting kicked out of the game and I lose energy and progression in the challenges so I’m deleting the game and going to find something else to play. They need to make updates that will prevent the glitches from happening. I have excellent connection and WiFi etc and my phone is updated so it is nothing on my end.
