Every time I think about making a very short easy video for Instagram stories(videos recorded on iPhone) and try editing simple things like changing speed, putting two clips together or just simply cutting one clip, it always crash or acts too slow or it can not export the video after editing. It’s just horrible! I know Premiere is a bad software, I professionally use Premiere Pro on computer, I struggle when I have to deliver a work project on time because the constant problems I get, but some how I manage to get the work done, now, this movible version is even worse, there has never been a time that I have been able to use it for anything, IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!

it’s a really good app and it has lots of great features to edit but, there’s not that many free options that are actually good. its also really confusing to figure out. but that’s just my opinion!
  • Not updated for iPhone 16

The iPhone 16 has been out for almost 2 months and there’s still no update to make the app compatible. I cannot import any videos taken on my new phone. Videos taken on my old phone that I transferred over, timelapses, front facing camera videos, and normal photos will load. But no normal videos I take now can be imported into the app for editing. I get an error that says “Unsupported media.” I reported it to the Twitter account and talked to them so I know they know about it and still no fix.
  • Export project

I can’t export my iOS premier rush project to premier pro even with a paid creative cloud subscription because they cooked the syncing feature for premier rush and didn’t consider people that use this as a quick start and hope to finish in premier pro. I just need an export option or “save to creative cloud” button. Cmon? It’s so sad to see that “no connection to outside server.” Basically killing my need to use this app ever. Endless searching for any help has been brought to tons of dead ends. Are you going to fix this or should I delete the app and purchase something else that’s more useful?
  • Okay one same iPad device but useless with other devices and Adobe products

That fact that this doesn't let you save a file format you can use to edit project in other Adobe products, like Premiere, renders this pretty much useless for Adobe product owners. There isn't anymore cloud features with Rush so you can't save and export project to work on another mobile device or tablet. You can export video as a file but not the project file. So basically as a paying Adobe user, I can't edit my Rush video product with its layers and effects into Premiere when I need to go to my desktop computer.
  • Crashes

This thing crashes every time i open it, when it doesn’t? It crashes while editing, then every time on export. Not worth it on iPhone. I needed something for on the go that doesn’t cripple me financially nor stresses me out over simple things. I don’t know how apple allows unstable app like this in their store.

I’ve been an Adobe Premiere/Rush user for a few years now. I love how easy it is to create a smooth sequence with a few effects to choose from. The app has great ways to fix audio and video to your liking and even helps you link your projects back to Creative Cloud!

I have been using this app for the past year on my iPad Pro to edit YouTube content. It started out great. Very user friendly and everything I needed. For the past 2-3 months though, it crashes 5 to 10 times during an editing session. I have tried everything to try and fix but it seems to be an ongoing issue with this app. I will be finding a new app to use until the crashing issue is resolved.
  • Every import = errors

On my iPhone 16 Pro, Rush gives an error every time I try to import any video clips from my camera roll. “Media Import Error: unsupported media type.” Every single clip recorded by my phone. Total fail, Adobe.
