    My Fiancée and I used this app when planing our trip to the White Mountains of New Hampshire last summer. It allowed us to know exactly what to expect at the campsite, which was easy to pick using the app. Reviews allowed us to determine which campgrounds were suitable for our needs. And ultimately helped this trip become a reality and success. Highly would recommend this app to any of the adventurers out there who like to plan ahead!

    I've been doing this for almost 20 years around the country so I decided to give this particular app a try and I deleted it in less than two minutes as soon as I saw that they won a premium subscription just to unlock free sites and cell service when there are so many other options available to us 🤣🤣

  • Free trial is fake

    Update: still ZERO response from customer service. I’m still out almost $40 for an app I don’t want. I downloaded and got the free trial. I deleted it and unsubscribed the same day as I didn’t feel like it was worth the $35 for me. It charged me anyway. I emailed the company and attempted to get a refund. They have not yet responded at all to my request.

    Bad Camphost 😱 Very RUDE!!!! Picks on people he doesn’t like and they are not doing anything WRONG!! CampHost is DRUNK ALL THE TIME!! He only tries to enforce the rules to the people he doesn’t like!! And he doesn’t follow the rules himself and his family!!

    Like all apps on iPad, iPhone they refresh when you click away. Makes it very frustrating when you are planning or TRYING to plan a trip!! Plus double check the address is the correct address.

    I signed up for pro but for some reason it doesn’t recognize that I have it. Keeps saying I should try pro but when I click on it it says I’ve already signed up. But the pro benefits aren’t working

    We are full time travelers and was recommended this app by others in our community. We booked a campsite. And then a few days later life happened and we had to cancel because we weren’t going to be able to make it to that specific location. I filled out a form and also let my host know. The host was wonderful and very kind, helpful and understanding. I waited a few days and didn’t hear back from customer service at Dyrt. Sent an email this time. About 3 days later still didn’t hear back. And this goes on and on for well over a week. I understand that they are busy and I’m sure they have a lot of requests to acknowledge. But when there is no phone number available and time is of the essence you would think they’d be able to respond to an email or cancellation request within a weeks time. Even my host reached out to them on my behalf without response. It was beyond frustrating and for this reason we canceled our PRO membership and won’t be using them again.

    I just upgraded to Pro but couldn’t access it. I sent an email to The Dyrt with the problem and within minutes got a reply. After a few troubleshooting emails the problem was resolved! Excellent customer service!
