  • Not sure what I’m paying for

    I live in Colorado and this app shows no dispersed sites where I know there are tons of them. Even the few, and I do mean few, that they do have just have 1-2 reviews. I feel like this app is built by us and not the developers. I’m very disappointed that I paid $40 for and app when I can just google “dispersed camping near me” and get actual and useful information.

    This app doesn’t actually do much. It’s hard to filter for anything other than date and whether or not sites are free. Absolutely not worth $36.

    This app has been a great tool for finding campsites, and I’ve enjoyed using it. It offers a wide range of options and detailed information about various locations, making it easier to plan trips. However, I feel it could benefit from some improvements, as it occasionally provides less useful suggestions. Additionally, I was hoping to find more free campsite options within the app. Despite these areas for improvement, I still appreciate the app for its overall utility and user-friendly interface.

    The only thing that I can get to show on the map are wal-marts. I go to areas I know have campgrounds and they don’t show up.

    I got the pro subscription to try for a year, but once I paid to see more, it turned out there was hardly anything useful in my area (northeast). At this point I cancelled my subscription to be sure it wouldn’t renew. Though I technically still have the subscription, now the app won’t recognize my subscription at all, so I can’t even use it for the year. The “restore PRO subscription” button doesn’t do anything. I definitely feel I was ripped off. This was an expensive mistake.

    I liked this company they seemed to be on to something different. I’ve been a Pro member almost from their beginning. While reading their newsletter I was subjected forced advertising. Not something you can scroll through, I have never had it where an commercial took over my phone screen. It forced me to exit the article in order to get out of it. I looked again to see if I could exit out and still read the article, it was impossible. I don’t find it practical to have Pro membership and still have my phone and therefore my time hijacked by this company. It was disappointing. I guess Toyota’s money matters more than their customers experience. It was rude and disrespectful.

  • Auto renew without notification

    My membership auto renewed without notification, I have emailed multiple times with only one reply which looks automated stating they canceled my auto renew but did nothing with my actually request.
